My name is Matthew Robert Foster and my issues are that numerous amount of glitches * bugs* problems I have been experiencing with my player Red Harlow ****** in Red Dead Redemption Online Beta. I have been contact with Rockstar support already about my many issues but yet still nothing has been done to my character or nothing has been done to reassure me that something will be done. Now I am getting the complete run away asking me to provide more information but I already have sent many screen shots and video showing my issues and problems I have been experiencing. I want resolved is either my character to be actually fixed or restore to his original state or states or to be compensated with in game currency and items because I will have to start a new character again. That seem only fair because of all the money and gold bars I have spent on items, loadouts, components, and cosmic items in the stores. Please contact me back with something you can do for me. I purchase the Collector's edition of the product and feel very loyal to this product and this point personally Rockstar Games Support isn't treating me with what I deserve.
