I've noticed an issue where the money from my in-game characters seems to be interconnected. For instance, if I use money on one character, the same amount disappears from the other character's account. Recently, my sister purchased a high-end apartment, and now over half a million dollars is missing from my character. It seems like my funds have been transferred to her character, resulting in a discrepancy in my finances. This situation is quite puzzling, and I would appreciate any assistance to rectify this problem.

I bought the mobile command center upgrade for the hauler custom for $[redacted],[redacted]. Now, the upgrade costs $1,[redacted],[redacted] instead of $[redacted],[redacted] as advertised. I also purchased an underground bunker for $2,[redacted],[redacted]. Despite spending on upgrades, I can't afford the hauler custom anymore. Please rectify this issue as it's misleading and costly. It would be appreciated if you could provide some extra cash to cover the difference in the upgrade cost. I invested $[redacted] in the game in the last two days, and it's frustrating to encounter such inconsistencies. Thank you for addressing this matter and making the game more user-friendly.

I have encountered a few issues while playing on my PlayStation. Firstly, after each OS update, I find that I have to replay the prologue before I can go online, which is frustrating. Secondly, I am not a fan of the rubber-band feel in the helicopter and airplane controls, as they tend to bounce back to the center when using rudders. This unrealistic simulation can be bothersome. Lastly, I dislike how NPCs can interrupt gameplay with phone calls, causing me to miss vital actions and leading to undesired outcomes. On a positive note, I would appreciate it if the fighter jets in the game could have a faster rendered top speed. It's disheartening that even high-end aircraft like Besera are only marginally quicker than older models like the Savage. As an aviation enthusiast who has spent significant time and effort earning in-game currency to purchase these jets, a more realistic speed would enhance my gaming experience. Switching to a gaming-specific internet box has significantly improved my gameplay, and despite these issues, I have been a dedicated player since the PS3 version of GTA. I'm trying to reset my password, but I have reached the limit of emails I can request to reset it. Unfortunately, I haven't received any emails, even after checking my spam folder and marking emails from Rockstar Games as not spam. I tried contacting support at support.rockstargames.com, but I received a response from a bot mentioning issues with Steam, which doesn't apply to me since I bought the game at GameStop in a pack of seven disks. I would appreciate any assistance with resetting my password.

I have already submitted a request to replace my TEZERACT as it vanished from my garage. I have not done anything wrong, just someone who enjoys playing the game for many hours every day since its release five years ago. As a dedicated player, losing a car worth around $3 million is distressing. Although I received a discount, it still amounts to roughly $2 million, and the car's actual value is closer to $3 million. I hope for a proper resolution rather than a generic response. I greatly appreciate your assistance. I trust in Rockstar to provide excellent gaming experiences. This is of utmost importance to me. I acquired a vehicle from a pedestrian and drove it to my nightclub's back entrance. A message suddenly appeared, and I swiftly accepted it. Unfortunately, the TEZERACT that was parked temporarily at my nightclub vanished. I usually receive a notification about transferring a vehicle to another garage and have always accepted it without issues. If this change is due to the vehicle type, I wish I had been informed to avoid accepting it. The background, colors, and font of the new message are identical, leading me to accept it numerous times without hesitation. Please reimburse my TEZERACT by spawning, providing cash compensation, or another suitable method equivalent to a 2.8 million dollar car loss. My dedication to this game is reflected in my stats. I trust you can verify the effort I have invested. I am hopeful that I can continue enjoying the game without such setbacks.

I recently purchased the Vigilante Car for over 3 million in the game. I also bought a shark card for $4 to top up the remaining balance. After receiving a 1 million bonus for pre-ordering RDR 2 Ultimate Edition, I used the money to upgrade my mobile operations truck, inadvertently causing my Vigilante to disappear. The car reappeared temporarily but vanished again the next day, not to be found in any of my garages or locations. Mors Mutual Insurance hasn't been able to help, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve the issue and hopefully retrieve my missing Vigilante.

I recently bought an Oppressor MK II on GTA Online. I chose to store it in my nightclub behind the office, replacing my Deluxo that was already there. Unfortunately, I mistakenly lost my Deluxo in the process, and I was unable to store it again in my office garage as it was no longer considered my vehicle. I had fully customized the Deluxo and would like to know if it's possible to retrieve it. If not, I would appreciate some GTA $ to buy and customize a new Deluxo. I play on Xbox One with the gamer tag Andres Cortez. This occurred around 4 pm on Tuesday, September 11th.

I have been playing GTA 5, my favorite game, for a year now. I have been saving up for the LUXOR DELUXE, which costs 10,[redacted],[redacted]. After grinding for about six months, I finally had enough money to purchase it. Unfortunately, after buying it, I did not receive the item. I am really disappointed about this situation. During my mission to collect supplies for the doomsday heist, I encountered a disruptive player named jorgeq47 who repeatedly killed me using an exploit that allowed them to teleport on the map. Despite my attempts to reason with them, they continued to target me and even attacked another player in the session. I have captured video evidence of these incidents on my PS4. It's frustrating to be targeted by someone who is not playing fairly, especially when I am focused on earning money legitimately. I encountered an issue in GTA 5 where I bought upgrades for my nightclub on sale. The game confirmed the purchase and debited the money from my GTA online account. However, when I logged in the next day, the upgrades were not applied and I was still prompted to pay full price for them. I seek assistance to rectify this situation promptly. While playing GTA V online today, I unfortunately encountered a situation where some players reported me and then proceeded to hack into my account. They stole my RP, leaving me with only 1 RP from the original [redacted] that I had earned. This not only frustrates me but also ruins the gaming experience when others don't play fair. They even modified my character to resemble the KKK, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, they also took my properties, including two garages full of cars, and I have lost access to Pegasus for my vehicles. I kindly request assistance in restoring my RP and returning the stolen items. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, on September 19th, I encountered a situation in the game where I unintentionally gained God Mode due to a hacker during a Business Battle. Despite being hit by rockets while delivering weapons, I remained unharmed, assuming it was just lag. However, upon finishing the delivery and heading back to my vehicle in a civilian car, I was unexpectedly hit with a temporary ban until October 30th. The ban message warned that all my progress would be deleted, essentially resetting my account. I wanted to share my experience here for visibility and hope for a resolution, whether it means an early unban with a reset or keeping my progress and serving the ban duration. I am writing to share my friend John's recent passing due to complications from prostate cancer. John, a Marine veteran and retired law enforcement officer, was passionate about volunteering for search and rescue missions while also being a devoted fan of "Destiny" and particularly fond of Red Dead Redemption. I encountered two issues recently while playing GTA 5. Firstly, during a warehouse mission where I was selling 14 crates for $[redacted],[redacted], after delivering the first drop off, subsequent deliveries did not register. The delivery counter remained at 1/10, and to my surprise, my plane mysteriously exploded even though I was the only player on the server. This has been happening frequently and resulted in losing all the money invested in purchasing and selling the crates. Secondly, I have noticed a problem with one of the technicians at my nightclub. Out of the 5 technicians assigned to different businesses, one has stopped producing income while the other 4 continue to work efficiently. This technician was previously productive but has suddenly ceased to contribute without any apparent reason. These recurring issues are disappointing and undermine my confidence in GTA 5 and Rockstar, despite the game's overall appeal.

I've been playing GTAV Online on PS4 for a while now. Approximately a month ago, I purchased a new car, and unfortunately, my Deluxo disappeared, a car worth 4 million dollars. More recently, I bought another vehicle and was prompted to replace my Oppressor to store the new car in my club. I complied, not realizing that Rockstar Games would swap out my vehicles without warning. I'm seeking either a refund or the return of my missing vehicles. The game functionality should not permit this kind of action as it feels unfair. Hello, this is not my first time submitting a ticket, and your service was superb the first time. Everything was restored just like nothing happened. I lost my second favorite car, and the same thing happened to my step-brothers' accounts. Haitham (HaithamX24 on Xbox One) lost his Oppressor Mark 1 a day or two after mine. Kareem (KingKareem3105 on Xbox One) lost his Tezeract on the same day. I may have lost about $[redacted],[redacted], but I'm not certain. Haitham estimates he lost around $3.4 to $3.5 million, and Kareem was at about $1.1 million. Both were ranked in the early 70s. Thank you, and I wish you a great rest of your day!

I haven't played GTA Online much, only a few hours when a friend gifted me the game. Recently, I had a short offline gaming session, followed by playing with my wife. After she left, I continued playing, got into some trouble with another player, and then unexpectedly received a ban notice. I am only a level 6 with minimal in-game cash, a few weapons, and hardly any achievements. I did not engage in any cheating activities and am baffled by the ban. I am disappointed as I had just bought the game for my wife, and now we can't play together for a month. I am contemplating seeking a refund due to the situation created by Rockstar's handling of this issue.

About 5 months ago, my account was banned during a ban wave. Recently, I saw a popular video that addressed how the game identifies certain activities, coincidentally around the time of my ban. I had been using single player mods and unknowingly went online, resulting in my ban. This has happened before due to modding, but since I invested heavily in GTA V, I wish to be unbanned. The video mentioned the ban system being sensitive, flagging my account for receiving money from a modder while having single player mods active during multiplayer. I truly hope for the chance to resume playing GTA V.

Hello, I'm Zack Rexroad. During my GTA V gameplay, I encountered an issue with the treasure hunt for the double action revolver. Despite following all the clues, my game abruptly disconnected as I was nearing the treasure chest. After checking my internet connection, which was stable, I found that the treasure chest had disappeared from my map upon reopening GTA V. Consequently, I never received the double action revolver in my weapon wheel. I am hoping to obtain the limited edition weapon and claim the $[redacted],[redacted] cash reward associated with it.
