A few months ago, I was permanently banned from GTAO without any prior warnings or temporary bans. I believe this decision was unfair, as I did not receive a chance to rectify my actions. Despite my unsuccessful attempts to appeal the ban, I am reaching out once more in the hopes that my case can be reviewed. I understand the importance of upholding a positive gaming environment and accept any deserved consequences for any past behavior deemed inappropriate. I kindly request for a mod or admin to reassess my ban and determine if a permanent ban was the appropriate course of action. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my name is Jakob, and I am from Denmark. I recently received a ban in the game for being away from the keyboard while having dinner with my family. Prior to that, I encountered a modder in a lobby who was causing trouble, so I switched sessions and went AFK. When I returned, I found my account with unexpected wealth. Unfortunately, I had just purchased the Zentorno and the Kuruma, with the Zentorno being my favorite. While playing GTA V online, my level was 70. After a short afk break, I returned to find my level had somehow jumped to [redacted]. Concerned it was a glitch, I immediately turned off the game. Hours later, I attempted to play but found my account banned until September 16, [redacted]. Having invested significant time and money into the game, purchasing Shark Cards regularly, receiving an email stating my account would be reset was distressing. The game has had bugs, like character duplication and unfair killings, making the situation even more frustrating. It doesn't seem fair that my hard-earned progress could be wiped due to unknown reasons. I wish to receive a refund for the money spent on the game as this situation seems unjust given my dedication and investment.

I recently purchased a bunker and an MOC to acquire an oppressor. To speed up getting the oppressor, I intended to sell my Barrage. Unfortunately, when buying the MOC, I mistakenly purchased the vehicle storage instead of the workshop. After renovating the MOC and removing my Barrage from the bunker, it disappeared. Despite searching my properties and contacting mechanics and insurance, the Barrage with no customization is missing. I checked my bunker, garages, and impound lot, but it's nowhere to be found. I would appreciate any assistance in locating my lost vehicle.

While playing GTA 5 online with my friend, we encountered a modder who disrupted our supply run by teleporting to us and dropping unwanted money bags. Despite our efforts to play the game correctly, the modder trapped us in metal boxes, forcing us to accept the money. As a result, I received a warning for collecting too much money and shortly after, a message informed me of a 31-day ban. This was disheartening as I had only started playing the game three weeks ago, reaching level 58, acquiring a Zentorno, a nightclub, and other items through [redacted] hours of hard work, only to be banned due to a modder's actions.

I encountered an issue with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack where it immediately showed as Purchased without my intention. Initially, I assumed my game-sharing friend had bought it, so I proceeded with the Download prompt. However, upon realizing I still needed to pay, I tried to exit by selecting B. Despite my attempts, I unintentionally confirmed the purchase when trying to navigate the payment options. Unfortunately, I do not require the content as I already possess similar or better items. To ensure fairness, I will refrain from playing GTA V or GTA Online until I receive assistance to avoid utilizing any in-game funds.

Hello, I'm Declan. I encountered some issues while playing GTA 5 a couple of days ago. While gaming and inadvertently having my mic on, players started verbally abusing me and my daughter, who could also hear them. They were hacking, teleporting players, and causing chaos. When I defended myself, one of them threatened to ban me. Shortly after, my game lagged, and I received a message indicating monitoring and a subsequent ban from online play. I have invested a lot of time and have cherished memories with my family in the game. I am stranded in story mode now due to the ban. I'm disappointed by the presence of hackers and the lack of control over them. I would appreciate a prompt response to assist in resolving this matter.

I was playing GTA 5 online and signed up for the Rockstar Social Club using my email. While looking for a crew, a pop-up appeared for creating a new character, so I proceeded thinking I could have more than one character. Unfortunately, I lost my original character which had around 30-45 million GTA credits. I had used the money to buy various items like bunkers, facilities, vehicles, and more over time. Now, I can't go back to my old character and have essentially lost everything I had accumulated. I am devastated as my account was worth a significant amount. I hope there is a way to recover my previous character and all the progress. I thought I could create a new character while keeping my existing one with millions in GTA credits that I used to purchase various items over time. I tried to create a new character, but now I can't access my old character with all the progress and items I had. A user with the gamertag KingBiteMe0 reset my online character to level 0 by disrupting my modem twice. Despite reporting this individual two days earlier for a similar incident, I have not received a response. I had intended to purchase shark cards to enhance my character, but I am hesitant to invest further if such behavior goes unaddressed. I created my account when the game was initially released a few years ago. I stopped playing after experiencing issues with the game. Yesterday, I purchased the game again and re-downloaded it. However, when I logged in this morning, none of my progress was saved, including my online account and campaign. While I'm not too concerned about the campaign, I was a dedicated player online. I had meticulously researched the fastest vehicle in each class to ensure my success in races. I owned numerous vehicles and had accumulated a significant amount of in-game currency. Upon logging into my Rockstar account today, I noticed that my details were intact, except for my campaign and online progress. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my account or getting reimbursed for my lost progress so I can repurchase my previous items.

I'm frustrated with the process of purchasing shark cards as I've spent money on gift cards, but haven't received the items. The situation is disappointing, and I believe many others feel the same way. It's essential for the company to rectify this issue promptly. Comparing this experience to Microsoft's efficiency adds to the dissatisfaction. Not being able to directly contact customer service makes the resolution challenging. I hope the company improves its customer service to address these concerns promptly.

I have forgotten my password and initiated a reset request without success. Upon contacting Rockstar, they provided ticket number #[redacted]5 and requested proof of purchase, my Steam ID, CD key screenshots, alternative email address, and then informed me that my password had been deleted. Despite providing all requested information and an alternative email address, I have not received the email confirmation to access my game. Despite reaching out to Rockstar multiple times, there has been no resolution or further communication. I am seeking guidance on how to regain access to my game.

While playing Grand Theft Auto 5, I recently purchased the Rogue plane from Warstock Cache & Carry. The vehicle's description mentioned it was equipped with weapons such as a machine gun, missiles, and a bomb bay. Unfortunately, upon receiving the plane, it did not include any of these weapons. I would appreciate a refund of the Grand Theft Auto 5 cash I used to purchase the plane since I was expecting it to come with the advertised weapons. Thank you.

I used to be a CEO in GTA 5 with an office and a warehouse/garage. After months of not playing, I noticed that both properties are now missing, but I can still register as a CEO. I purchased in-game money and was excited to return to the game, but I'm hesitant to repurchase everything. It seems like a glitch since I can still register as a CEO without my office. I encountered a modder named "MecSoLiTaiRe" on one of your GTA 5 servers. Despite repeatedly shooting him and blowing up his car, he did not die. Strangely, his player level jumped from [redacted] to [redacted] within 10 minutes. It was frustrating to deal with him as he tried to kill me while I couldn't switch to passive mode due to an ongoing event. This player's actions are ruining the gaming experience for many. I believe players like "MecSoLiTaiRe" who can't be killed and manipulate their levels should face consequences like suspension or bans to deter such behavior. It would benefit all GTA 5 players if action is taken to address this issue and set an example for others in the "[redacted] H4XOR" clan.

I was falsely accused of cheating in GTA 5. I had never modded in that game on the PS3 in [redacted], as it was my first time playing it. At level 24, a random player spawned money on me in free roam. Even though I contacted Rockstar about this before they banned me, they did not help and ended up banning me twice. I have politely asked them numerous times over a decade to lift the ban and remove the modded money, but I only receive auto-responses saying the ban is permanent. Don't I deserve a chance to play a game I bought with friends, even on a different console using the same email? I want to speak to a real person, not a bot. When I buy a product at a gas station, I interact with a human cashier, not a robot.

While playing GTA Online, my character, going by the username theryuumaster, finished a mission for the new club update. Right after, a loading screen popped up, inviting me to another player's apartment without any action from my side. I got abruptly kicked out and attacked by another player, which was unusual as the game was experiencing a rare snowfall meant for special events. Suspecting a hacker's involvement, I exited the session. Upon returning to my club in a new session, I found myself locked out due to alleged poor behavior, a notice I had never encountered before. Considering I actively strive for positive in-game behavior to receive player bonuses, this lockout seemed unjust, likely initiated by the hacker's interference. This situation is frustrating, especially since earning money in the game is challenging.

Over the holiday weekend, I bought a Megalodon Shark Card to benefit from the 2X cash offer shown on the main loading screen of GTA 5 on PlayStation 4. After using the redeem code from GameStop, the money was deducted from my PS Wallet but did not appear in my online Maze Bank account as expected. Despite receiving an email confirmation thanking me for the GTA purchase, the $16 million is missing from my Maze Bank account. This situation has not occurred with my previous shark card purchases, and I would be grateful for your assistance. Thank you for your help and time.
