Rockstar Games doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-joshwjd will need to dig through the advice provided by Rockstar Games, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I have been playing gta * since the day it came out. Since then I have been an avid gta online player and enthusiast. Playing the game along with getting friends to play the game. Recently, I have been playing more and unfortunately my experience has been less than great. I have put countless hours in playing the game and building businesses to make cash. Only to have the server go down in the middle of selling ***s of thousands of dollars worth of goods in the game. I have payed for starter packs and virtual currency in game, helping support the company. Yet, the game randomly deletes a car from my garage with over $* million in it. I have lots millions of dollars in the game due to servers crashing or random glitches. I love the game and want to keep playing it but it requires way to much work to make money in the game for the money to just disappear because of server errors or glitches. I am contacting you to ask for compensation for the millions of dollars lost due to errors that are not mine. I am looking for $*Billion ONLINE IN GAME CURRENCY. (My Xbox gamertag is UNC***). I am not looking for real cash compensation, I want to keep playing the game but with these issues I can’t see myself putting so much time in to creating the money required to buy things in this game.**Thank you,*-Josh*Xbox gamertag: UNC***
