I acknowledge my suspension for a disrespectful comment. While I regret my actions, I'd like to address the other party's use of offensive language as well. I understand my mistake and chose not to report him. Could you please inform me of the duration of my bad sport lobby placement? I aim to earn money in-game but face challenges due to high costs. It is frustrating to be attacked while minding my own business. I do not view the game as a competition and prefer a more relaxed experience. I kindly request to be removed from the bad sport lobby.

On 04/24/[redacted], I received a temporary ban notification from GtaV online. I suspect a modder caused the ban on the server affecting all users. Later, I was permanently banned from GtaV online and Rockstar's Social Club. I suspect another modder may be linked to this issue, but I cannot confirm at the moment.

On PS4, my username is "Ashton_Oram". I purchased the Deluxo and placed it in my Mobile Operations Unit. Later, I bought another car and placed it in the unit. However, instead of moving the Deluxo to a free slot in a different garage, the fully upgraded Deluxo was removed from my character. I'm disappointed because I used real money from shark cards to buy this in-game vehicle that I can no longer access. I hope someone can assist me promptly. My friends and I attempted the Criminal Mastermind challenge Loyalty and All in Order. During the first heist, we noticed that the progress of the challenges was not registering correctly. Despite completing the setups without any deaths or resets, the challenges were not updating properly. As we proceeded to the heist, we received a message warning that our progress would be reset, even though we had followed all the requirements. After researching, we found out it might be a bug affecting our progress, similar to what we saw in a video. We are concerned about having to restart and encountering the same issue. The only challenge still in progress is the Loyalty. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the "Criminal starter pack" for $40 but encountered issues transferring my GTA 5 progress due to cheaters. After starting fresh and buying the pack again, I joined an online lobby where I received unwanted modded money. I requested to have the money removed but it wasn't. I kindly request a refund as I enjoy playing the game on Xbox One. I have contacted Steam for a refund as well. Thank you for considering my request for a refund for my in-game experience.

On 07/21, I bought Grand Theft Auto V for PC on Steam at a discounted price, which included the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack and a Bull Shark Cash Card. After playing solo and a bit with a friend online, I found my account suspended for unknown reasons. I request clarification on why I was suspended and to be unsuspended promptly. If unsuspension is not possible, I would like to know the reason. Additionally, I want confirmation that the $2.75 mil I paid for will be returned if I remain suspended. I seek a fair resolution to this issue as a customer who has spent $50 on the game. I kindly ask the responding employee to provide their name and employee ID for reference. I am frustrated with the unfair enforcement actions taken against me when others engage in offensive behavior. I play an adult-rated game and understand the language and content involved. It is unreasonable that I receive penalties for responding to others' inappropriate conduct by simply defending myself. I invest my hard-earned money into this game and now I am unable to communicate with my friends due to these restrictions. This issue needs to be addressed promptly as it is affecting my ability to enjoy the game and socialize within it. It's important to recognize that I, as an adult player, am entitled to respond in a manner befitting the game's mature themes. The current enforcement actions seem to target the wrong individuals, including those who contribute financially to the game's success.

I have been banned for a while now. I have tried to contact you several times, but my issue is that I never hacked or took advantage of the game mechanics. I would really appreciate it if you could look at my account. I have spent a significant amount of money, so why would I risk getting banned and lose everything I have paid for? This issue is on my PC account, and I believe it is unfair for Rockstar to permanently ban me for something I did not do. My friend was a hacker, and I received some money from him in the game, which led to the ban. I never asked for the money, and I believe the ban should be on him instead of on my account. Thank you. I had bought a Stretch Hummer for a night club event, and afterward, I realized my Tesseract was missing. Despite receiving an email stating I had replaced it, I haven't moved cars around or made them vanish before. I am confused as to why the car disappeared and why I wasn't given the option to relocate it to a different garage. I want my car returned, as I invested a lot of money into the night club. I would appreciate speaking with a person to clarify why my car disappeared and why I wasn't allowed to move it to another garage like usual.

I attempted the blimp mission after the latest update. I drove my Phister Comet Retro Custom, fully upgraded, to LSIA for the task. Unfortunately, I failed the mission when my brother abruptly left the lobby and the blimp crashed. Upon landing the helicopter, I tried to retrieve my car using the mechanic service, but my car wasn't available. After failing to contact Morse Mutual and the CEO's assistant, I attempted to restart the game and console, but the issue persists. My Comet is estimated at 100k, but with all the customizations from Benny's, it totals around 600k. I invested nearly 2.2 million on it. Seeking financial compensation to replace the car and its modifications. My username on Xbox One is BrokenGolfs.

I sold a top-range vehicle through the vehicle warehouse, and it arrived at the sale location undamaged. After successfully selling the vehicle and receiving the $[redacted],[redacted] reward, I made sure to save my progress and transferred the money to my in-game account before logging out. However, upon returning to the game, I noticed the funds were missing. I thought it might have been a saving issue, but unfortunately, the money was gone, and the vehicle I sold was missing from the warehouse. It's disheartening as I not only lost the profit from the sale, but also the vehicle itself, resulting in a $20,[redacted] loss. Top-range vehicles are not easy to acquire, so I am hoping for a resolution either by receiving the money or having the vehicle returned to my warehouse. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. I recently bought a few Shark Cards to enjoy the new GTA updates. Unfortunately, my beloved "Imponte Deluxo" vehicle vanished from my collection due to a game glitch. It was stored in my nightclub, and when the game unexpectedly logged me out while trying to save a new vehicle, my Deluxo disappeared. This mishap has left me extremely frustrated, considering the time and money invested. I am contemplating leaving the game unless this issue is resolved promptly. I am requesting either a refund for the Shark Cards or the equivalent value to purchase another Deluxo. It is disheartening to lose progress and assets due to an unforeseen technical problem. After returning from a two-week vacation, I logged into Grand Theft Auto Online to check out the new update. Unfortunately, upon entering the session, I discovered that all of my hard-earned money had vanished. I had accumulated $5,[redacted],[redacted] by repeatedly completing missions and heists over the course of a week. I find it incredibly unjust that my funds have disappeared like this. I am unable to access my Rockstar Games account due to a hacking incident from about a year ago. Recently, after an update, I tried to log in to the Social Club launcher, but it said my password was incorrect. When I attempted to reset my password, I did not receive the reset email, leading me to suspect the hacker may have altered my email for the password reset. I need assistance in reclaiming my account and updating my information. UPDATE: I have received the reset email for Social Club. However, upon entering the new password, I received a message stating that my Steam account is already linked to a different Social Club account. I am sure I only have one Social Club account linked, so this situation is perplexing. I am frustrated with the inability to reach out for assistance through calling and want to resolve this issue promptly to access my original account. Despite contacting Steam support, they redirected me back to Social Club.

I am attempting to complete the Criminal Mastermind Challenge with my friends. We successfully completed the first set-up for the series A funding, but due to a network error, my progress shows as 18/26 instead of 19/26 like my friends. I proceeded with the rest of the set-ups, but when we reached the heist, I received a message warning that continuing would reset my challenge. I am unsure if this is related to the network crash during the initial set-up, causing the discrepancy in progress.

My friends and I are attempting the first criminal mastermind challenge for a heist, and we are making good progress. However, during the "Series A Funding" heist, I received a message warning that continuing would reset the challenge. I have been following the order precisely and we haven't had any casualties. Curiously, my progress shows 18/26 completed while my friends show 19/26. It seems like there might have been a network error during the first set up of the "Series A Funding" heist, as it shows as done but not completed. I'm hoping Rockstar can address this issue so my completion matches my friends' progress at 19/26. Can you provide guidance on resolving this matter?

I played Grand Theft Auto 5 online yesterday for hours, eager to continue today. However, when I tried to play today, I encountered an error message saying "timed out loading player data." I contacted Rockstar support via Twitter, but their solutions did not work, and they stopped responding. Despite having a strong connection and functioning servers, the issue persists. I have been playing GTA Online since the new DLC was released on Tuesday at 4 a.m. I have been diligently working on and promoting my club every day since then. Last night, 7/28, my warehouse had reached 1.4 million in value, with just a small promotion task left to complete. However, today, 7/29, when I logged in, I encountered issues accessing the game and was repeatedly sent back to story mode. After multiple attempts, I finally logged in to find my club's warehouse completely emptied, leaving me with only 66k in funds. I have put in honest and dedicated work as a loyal player, and I believe it is unfair that I have to start rebuilding my club from scratch. I request assistance in restoring my warehouse to its previous state. Your investigation can confirm my progress on 7/28 and the loss on 7/29, indicating that I have been a victim of robbery and unfair play. Kindly resolve this issue promptly.

Hello Rockstar Games, I am a dedicated fan of your creations, especially the GTA series. I have been enjoying GTA Online for almost 2 years now, investing a significant amount of time into acquiring properties and vehicles. However, a recent incident occurred where I lost my Opressor after calling my mechanic to retrieve my Deluxo. I lost all of my GTA nightclub stock as it was stolen while I wasn’t even in the game. I have the security upgrade, and I find it incredibly frustrating that leaving the game on unintentionally can result in losing all the hard-earned stock saved up for days. I would like to be reimbursed in some way for this. I did nothing wrong and didn’t even have a chance to save my progress. What is the point of purchasing a security upgrade if it doesn’t prevent break-ins? If I had sold all my stock at the last seen value, I could have made 1.2 million alone. I also had enough stock for special orders, potentially earning over 2 million. It is disappointing that this was not made clear at the time of purchasing the upgrade. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
