On ***** I purchased Grand Theft Auto V for PC on Steam for the discounted price, with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack and a Bull Shark Cash Card. I go online to check some stuff out and wait around for my friend to join, who never did. I simply play on singleplayer a bit, get off, and return to the game the next day. I play a few minutes online, get off, that's it. I return to the game later that day, with my account being suspended without a given reason. First I would like to know why I was suspended, as I have not mistreated any players or exercised misconduct. Second I would like to be unsuspended. If for whatever reason this is not possible, I would like to know why. Third, upon unsuspension*suspension duration finishing, I would like to know if the $*.** mil I inclusively paid for would be returned to my account. If not, why? I feel mistreated and disrespected having been randomly banned after giving a company $**, and have no ill will toward the company* I simply want this issue resolved. If the employee addressing this issue could also return their name and employee ID number or some information to identify them by, this would be appreciated. As an honest customer, seeing a "you've been banned" screen right after throwing $** on a game really hurts.
I just want to be unsuspended. It seems quite simple. That, and assurance that the content I paid for is going to be reassigned.
I expected to be able to play and enjoy time with friends.
