I've been playing GTA 5 online since nearly the beginning, enduring bugs and no DLCs. I built up my character without Shark Cards, modding, or cheating, reaching a high rank. Despite not affording a PS4 at first, my character didn't need to start over when I finally got one. Unfortunately, modders have now tainted the online experience. I've always played legitimately and would like my account reviewed to transfer it to PS4. It's disheartening to think all my hard work and progress may be lost. I hope to resolve this issue with Rockstar Games, as I've been a loyal fan for a long time. I would appreciate speaking to someone directly for a solution.

Hello, I am writing to seek assistance for my father, who is experiencing an issue with a missing character in GTA Online. We have both been enjoying the game for a significant period of time without the use of cheats or mods. His gamer tag is cafemas_02. Upon returning to play GTA Online after a week of exploring other games, we discovered that his sole character has disappeared. We are looking for support in recovering this character from the RockStar cloud. Given my father's age of 66 and our shared love for the game, it would mean a great deal to us if you could assist in restoring his character. We are of Asian descent, with me being from the younger generation and my father from the older generation. Time is precious, and I hope we can resolve this matter to allow my father more enjoyment from playing GTA Online.

During CEO cargo sales missions, a recurring bug occurs where players face issues dropping cargo after the fourth delivery, specifically while using a titan aircraft. The bug does not occur with other vehicles like bi-planes, cars, or boats. To reproduce the bug, ensure there is approximately $900k worth of cargo and have 2 or more associates to assist with other packages. Once the fourth delivery is made and the fifth is attempted, the player is unable to drop any more packages, regardless of circumstances such as police chases or enemy attacks. This bug has cost players like me significant losses, affecting the overall enjoyment of the game. I urge the developers to address this issue promptly to improve the gaming experience.

I am a dedicated GTA player who enjoys playing and grinding with friends. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where my account was hacked, resulting in a loss of 25 million in-game currency. Prior to this incident, I had 62.5 million. I have screenshots to validate my claim. My details are as follows: Name - Cedric Foster, Gamertag - @YamCity1214Wop, Email - [redacted], Xbox One user, playing Grand Theft Auto 5. Your prompt assistance in restoring at least 15 to 20 million of the lost amount is greatly appreciated. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I am a returning player after a long absence from the game. In the past, I purchased the most expensive apartments and used real money to buy in-game items like cars. I gave my game to a friend and recently repurchased it, only to find that my player level has been reset, my apartments are missing from the map, and all my supercars are gone. This is very disheartening as I was excited to return to the game. I have lost all progress and items except for my character. I am unsure what to do and would appreciate it if someone could help restore my game progress. I do not remember all the cars I had due to the long time away from the game. I would prefer to speak with a real person regarding this matter.

While playing GTA V, I encountered a glitch where my rank was modified by a modder, preventing me from leveling up. I suspect the gamer tag "foxyking1365" and others like "cole plan" and "scariest ace" may have been involved in hacking. They also engaged in harassing behavior in the game, causing distress. I kindly request assistance in restoring my rank to its original state. Despite the setback, I still have my assets but lost access to items unlocked at rank 22. On Xbox [redacted] with a Gold membership, my gamer tag is venemas865. I would appreciate it if action could be taken against those responsible for hacking and harassment. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Venemas865

I am experiencing an issue in Grand Theft Auto V on Xbox [redacted] while playing with my Xbox Live Gold membership. Whenever I earn money in the game and log out, upon logging back in, all my money is gone. Even after depositing money in the bank, it disappears upon returning to the game. This problem of losing money persistently hinders my progress and enjoyment in the game. Kindly address this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention.

I'm curious why some individuals possess millions or billions of dollars while those of us who work hard are left struggling to attain that level of financial success. What steps must I take to achieve such luxury? How can I level the playing field to compete with these affluent individuals? It seems challenging to acquire the necessary funds to fully enjoy the game. Earning money through jobs, heists, missions, or businesses simply doesn't measure up to the costs of in-game items. It's a significant time investment trying to earn a million dollars, especially when prices are in the millions as well. Factors like cheating or modding by some players make the grind even more challenging. It appears that Rockstar could make it easier for players to earn more money or provide assistance. How much does it actually cost to add money to a player's GTA account? It seems like a simple action that could greatly enhance the gameplay experience. Rockstar, if you truly value loyal customers like me, please consider implementing changes to support us better. I hope my enjoyment of your games won't turn into disappointment. Thank you, xthexxgamex.

I recently switched from owning GTA5 on Xbox 1 to purchasing it on STEAM. When I tried to log into my Rock Star Social Club account using my email [redacted], it showed the email as [redacted] without asking for a password. I realized it was my account but couldn't recall the password for the Social Club or the email. Despite numerous attempts to reset the password and link my account to STEAM, I couldn't regain access. My account holds around [redacted] hours of playtime and significant in-app purchases totaling approximately $[redacted]. I'm willing to accept compensation in the form of in-app purchases if retrieving my account isn't possible. Time spent on the game isn't my concern; it's the value of the purchases. Please assist promptly.

Hello Rockstar Games, I would like to file a complaint about a modder altering the lobby I am currently in. Unfortunately, I do not have the modder's name. My username is Fushwedit, and I have been encountering difficulties in acquiring my [redacted] apartment. I had to resort to ending my character's life in-game due to this issue. I play on the PS3 platform, and someone is introducing random elements into the game. Moreover, a modder maliciously reduced my rank to 1 from either [redacted] or [redacted], causing frustration. Upon attempting to return to my apartment, online players were camping outside, preventing my access. The blue indicator marking my destination was absent. Regrettably, I do not possess the names of the other players involved. My username on the platform is mrbossxavierisba. If you come across this message, kindly reach out. I am using my grandmother's phone to contact you.

I was delivering [redacted] crates for a 4.4 million-dollar payout in GTA V when my Titan aircraft malfunctioned and crashed into the mountains, destroying all my crates. This unexpected event frustrated me as I had put in a lot of effort to gather the crates. It's aggravating how players can now mod and use God mode in the game, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. Rockstar doesn't even provide a customer support number, unlike other gaming companies. I wish there was a way to speak directly to someone about this issue rather than filling out a form. I doubt I'll ever see the 4.4 million dollars in my virtual account again.

Whenever I attempt to play L.A. Noire VR from the Oculus Store, I encounter an initial game screen mentioning L.A. Noire, etc., but the game does not progress beyond that point. I have followed the on-screen instructions to reinstall L.A. Noire after uninstalling the Social Club, but the same issue persists. I tried to file a game support ticket online, but nothing happens when I click "file a support ticket." If I do not receive a response, I may have to contact the BBB. My user ID for the Social Club is Jeff7154.

I believe I was wrongly accused of cheating in Grand Theft Auto V online. While playing, I suddenly experienced a strange incident where I was teleported and found money being dropped on me by a modder in the game. Knowing that modding is not allowed online, I left the game feeling frustrated. The next day when I tried to play online again, I received a permanent ban message without understanding the reason behind it. I feel unfairly banned due to receiving hacked money involuntarily. I am upset that I can no longer enjoy playing online and would greatly appreciate any help in getting unbanned. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Hello, I am ShadesXVII, and I need assistance with a recent issue in GTA 5. While playing with my friend Foremostcoot4, I encountered a problem where I couldn't enter his car even though it was set for passengers. In frustration, we resorted to damaging the vehicle with weapons. Unfortunately, during this chaos, I accidentally destroyed Foremostcoot4's car by kicking it, resulting in being charged for the insurance multiple times and depleting my account balance to zero. This led to me being labeled as a bad sport, puzzling since I have never received such a label before. I am confused by this sudden change in my status and loss of funds. After restarting the game, my account balance had significantly decreased from 1,[redacted],[redacted] to [redacted],[redacted] gta dollars. I have screenshots documenting the deductions from my account and would like to request a refund for the amount taken. Thank you.

I have been waiting for two hours in the clouds of GTA for the character to finally start the GTA online session. Yesterday, I was playing normally until I died, and suddenly, the screen turned completely black with a spinning loading symbol in the bottom right corner. I waited for 30 minutes with no change, so I turned off the console and restarted GTA. I entered the GTA V Story Mode and tried to go online, but the camera remained in the clouds with the loading symbol spinning endlessly. I turned off the console for 12 hours, restarted the Wi-Fi router, cleaned the CD, and tried again with no success. I visited the Rockstar Service Club website and noticed that while my Story Mode characters were normal, my online character was at Level 0 with zero money, despite being Level [redacted] in the game with over 90 million dollars. I would appreciate any help.

Dear Rockstar Games, I am an avid Grand Theft Auto V online player on PS4. I have invested a lot of time and money into the game, particularly in filling up my hangar in LS with a significant amount of cargo worth 2.1 million. After successfully selling the cargo, Ron confirmed the sale, but I have yet to receive the money in my account under the username mcbone62. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help in this situation.

There is a player in online gameplay suspected of using cheats or glitches to be invulnerable, with the username "HIGHEPOWER-[redacted]." This player withstands heavy attacks without consequences, even surviving vehicle destructions and explosives with ease. It appears evident that they are exploiting the game. I hope the necessary actions will be taken after reporting this behavior, as it is vital for maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment. I can be reached at "[redacted]" for any updates on the situation. Your commitment to addressing these issues is greatly appreciated. Additionally, I am aware of the in-game report feature but believe it to be ineffective in situations like these. Thank you for addressing this matter outside of the standard procedures and ensuring fair gameplay for all users.

I need assistance in retrieving my gaming progress. I lost all my data, including a character at rank [redacted], a Deluxo and Armored Kuruma vehicles both at 90% upgraded, a CEO office with a garage, and property in Paleto Bay. I also had numerous weapons and high-value clothing items. This loss occurred while I was asleep, and it seems like the account was mistakenly deleted. Despite reaching out to Rockstar for help, the issue remains unresolved. I am frustrated with their lack of support and considering legal action. This is concerning, and I am seeking a resolution promptly. Username: xXChevyFanXx Platform: Xbox One

I've been experiencing connectivity issues in GTA Online since the recent facilities update. The error message "connection lost due to an unknown error" keeps appearing, causing me to time out of sessions my friends are in and lose connection when they try to join mine. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps without success, including restarting my internet, repositioning my Xbox, and verifying my high-speed internet. This problem only occurs with this specific game, and I suspect it might be related to how the game was downloaded or potential glitches in the saved files. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide. Thank you.

I purchased a Deluxo a few weeks ago and had to get a mobile operations center to add weapons, costing me a significant amount. After parking it in a garage and logging off, the next day, my Deluxo was missing. I'm really hoping Rockstar rectifies the situation by returning my car or refunding the money spent. Some friends had a similar issue, and if not addressed, we might all stop playing GTA. It's frustrating for dedicated players like us who spend time earning in-game items to have them taken due to modding issues.
