Hello, it's Wesley568 from Xbox One. I have a question regarding grinding for a million to get a Mobile Operations Center Garage. I believe players should have the option to work for a CEO to access it without the tedious process. Even though I have a glitch, it's now challenging to choose a mission. I wish there was a way to contact Rockstar Games directly for assistance. Please improve your service to address these issues promptly. You can reply to me via email at [redacted] Thank you for addressing this common concern.

While playing GTA 5 on my PS3, I encountered a modder who harassed me and other players in the lobby. After defending myself, the modder sent me a threatening message via text in the game. In response, I deleted my account on the PS3 by performing a system restore, which I regret because I had been using the same account for three years without any problems before this incident. I would like my original account restored so I can access GTA 5 again without having to start from scratch.

My previous ban appeal was processed by a bot, so I would appreciate it if this time a staff member could review it. I'm uncertain about the reason for the ban, but it's for a duration of one month and includes wiping my characters, leading me to believe it may be related to hacking or exploiting a glitch. A couple of days before being banned, I was in a session with two individuals, one of whom was clearly a modder. They were spawning money, cars, ammo, and causing disruptions before I exited the session. Later, I joined a heist (Jail Break) and unfortunately found myself with a hacker again. This ban is my first, and I had to spend a significant amount (equivalent to $25.12 in my currency) to purchase the game from g2a. I have not engaged in hacking; my focus has been on heists and solo races. I have never used hacks, mod menus, or anything of that sort. I apologize if I come across as rude, but I am anxious about losing my characters. If an unban is not possible, could the ban be lifted without deleting my characters?

I am experiencing issues with my Grand Theft Auto IV episodes from Liberty City Complete Edition game. When attempting to play online, I am constantly being disconnected from the server, and I am unsure of the reason behind this. I would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to me via email to assist me in resolving this problem. As a fan of Rockstar games, including Grand Theft Auto V, I haven't encountered this issue before. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly valued. Thank you for your help in advance.

I am Gerald Garcia, known as MyPandaFace in GTA Online. Today, I took advantage of a sale and purchased an Akula helicopter, fully customized it, and attempted a test drive. Unfortunately, I encountered a never-ending black loading screen which led to multiple issues. After reloading the game, I found the Akula in storage without upgrades and with stock paint. Checking my Maze Bank account, I discovered that I had been charged for the upgrades, but the funds were inconsistently refunded. Despite reapplying upgrades, the problem persisted, resulting in further financial losses of about 1.5 million. I have a history of purchasing Shark Cards, have been a loyal player for a year, and genuinely enjoy GTA. I seek assistance as I am currently stuck in a loading screen and fear for others who may face similar issues.

Hello, yesterday while playing GTA, I purchased two items: the P-[redacted] LAZER and the Mammoth Avenger. I have video evidence of buying the Lazer, where it confirmed the purchase and mentioned delivery arrangements were being made. I want to note that I spent around $[redacted] on shark cards to make these purchases. I can provide receipts if needed. Regarding the Avenger, I enjoyed it for a day with videos of me using it. Today, when I logged into GTA online, the Lazer never arrived, and my Avenger was missing. I worked hard for this money and don't want to lose out on my purchases. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you - Braxton G.

Hello :). My name is Braxton, also known as braxthegoat03. Recently, I encountered an issue with missing items. I spent approximately $[redacted] on shark cards to purchase an Avenger and a P-[redacted] Lazer. While I successfully purchased the Lazer through Warstock and was charged for it, the delivery never arrived despite waiting for hours. Sadly, upon returning from dinner, the Lazer was still missing, leaving me disheartened as the funds were precious to me. I kindly request reimbursement for the in-game money, which amounts to 6,[redacted],[redacted] GTA$. Concerning the Avenger, upon checking my stats, it shows a total income of only 7,[redacted],[redacted] GTA$, which contradicts my documented purchase of the Avenger and Lazer totaling 11,[redacted],[redacted] GTA$. Although the Avenger eventually appeared, it mysteriously vanished this morning, along with approximately 5 million in cash upgrades. I humbly seek reimbursement for both losses. Thank you for your attention. - Braxton G

Recently, I made two purchases in the game using in-game currency and real US dollars. One was for a P-[redacted] LAZER. I have a video of the transaction; however, when I returned from dinner and checked, the item was not in my inventory. The second purchase was an Avenger, which also disappeared from my facility after a short period. I have videos of both incidents. My name is Braxton Garner, and my email is (don't judge, it was changed by a friend) [redacted], which is also my Social Club account email. I play on XBOX One, and the game is GTA V. I am seeking a quick and easy reimbursement for these two purchases totaling 11,[redacted],[redacted] in-game currency. If more details are required, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your assistance. -Braxton G

Hello! While playing GTA 5 online on PC, another player invited me to their office where I unexpectedly started receiving a large sum of money. I eventually left and spent the money. Several days later, I was banned for 6 months, although I feel I didn't violate any rules at the time. After the ban, I only modded for money, but then received a permanent ban. I believe the initial ban was unjust and I am requesting to be unbanned or have the ban reduced to 1-6 months. My account name is Alvinpipen, and I log in with my email [redacted] My name is Alvin, and my Social Club password is Alvinpipen817. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter.

I am experiencing relentless orbital strikes from two players on my accounts without a timer reset. The blocking system is ineffective, causing me to lose money whenever I try to earn in-game currency. My accounts, FriendzOfTheNRA and FriendsOfTheNRA, have evidence of these orbital strikes with screenshots and saves. The players responsible go by the names Straight Effect and Eulogy. Being constantly hit back-to-back is frustrating, and it feels like my purchased shark cards are being gradually taken away. Despite reporting these incidents in the past, no action has been taken. We have pre-ordered Red Dead, but if no steps are taken, we may reconsider future investments. It seems unfair to endure these continuous attacks without appropriate response or compensation. I urge for in-game support to address this ongoing issue promptly.

I recently purchased a cocaine warehouse in GTA 5 online, immediately upgraded it to increase money production, and found that it wasn't generating any revenue despite resupplying multiple times. Trying to resolve the issue, I opted to trade the warehouse for a cheaper one with a promised refund of approximately 460k. However, when confirming the trade, instead of receiving the refund, over 250k was deducted from my account, leaving me with a total of 436k. I started with 2 million, spent a significant amount on the initial warehouse and upgrade, expecting to make some money back through the trade. Unfortunately, the trade resulted in a loss rather than a refund as indicated. I am disappointed by these financial discrepancies and would appreciate a refund to restore my original 2 million balance.

My account was hacked, and my rank dropped from [redacted] to one. I have negative 1 billion RP now. My vehicles are inaccessible unless I start over or buy them again. I don't have time to rebuild what I lost. I want my account restored, access to my vehicles, and my rank back to [redacted]. I just want to enjoy the game without starting from scratch. My progress and purchases are important to me, and I hope to have them back soon.

Concerns Regarding Crew Activities on PS4 I am currently experiencing issues with members from the crew, notably Envykix1, Ibewoadie, Presto991234, Reminiscing, Chris7thst, W743E4, and others who are blocked from my profile but still manage to send malicious messages to my children and infiltrate their gaming sessions. This behavior, which includes Modded Outfits, God Mode, and disrupting gameplay in GTA houses, is disturbing. Despite my 4 1/2 years of gameplay without discrimination, this interference has compromised my relaxation. I am considering escalating this matter to the authorities if necessary. As I prepare for Red Dead Redemption, I hope to address and seek resolution for these concerning incidents to ensure a safer gaming environment moving forward.

My friends and I were working on the Criminal Mastermind Challenge IV in GTA V. We completed all the pre-setup and setup missions without any deaths on hard difficulty in Act 1. However, when we attempted the final heist, I encountered a quick error message that disappeared before I could read it. Upon entering the heist, I noticed that the challenge had disappeared, although Loyalty IV and All In Order challenges remained. I assumed it was a glitch, but upon reloading, it stated that my Criminal Mastermind IV challenge had been reset. Even after my friends and I restarted the game, our progress in the awards section showed only 1 or 2 of 29 completed for us. This situation is frustrating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I use the PC platform and need assistance with my GTA V account. I recently acquired this game, which is my initial experience with the GTA series. While playing a CEO mission for special cargo, upon attempting to deliver it, I received a notification stating my account had been suspended. The message warned that my character would be reset, deleting all progress I had made in the short time I've had the game. I am unsure of the reason for the ban as I adhere to fair play by not engaging in negative chat, cheating, or exploiting any loopholes for personal gain. My only interaction with a modder was today, during an incident where they unjustly eliminated players in the lobby. I request the removal of the ban since I am new to the game and have not violated any rules. My Social Club username is Efflow. I appreciate your assistance and anticipate a prompt response.

On June 18th, I experienced an issue while playing Grand Theft Auto Online and I tried to reach out to Rockstar Games Support via Twitter. I received a permanent ban from accessing the game, which I believe is unjust. During my recent gameplay with my cousin, we encountered modders in two servers. In the first server, a modder was causing explosions and placing campfires around players. In the second server, a modder froze us after we engaged in combat with their friend at different locations. Despite our efforts to play fairly, we were unfairly targeted. I strongly oppose cheating and modding in games and have always played legitimately. I am certain that my ban was a mistake and I kindly request an appeal to have it overturned.

I had an incident on the 18th of June and tried to contact Rockstar Games Support through Twitter. I recently got permanently banned from Grand Theft Auto Online, but I believe it was a mistake. When playing with my cousin, we encountered modders in two servers. The first modder caused chaos by making everyone explode and placing campfires around them. In the second server, another modder froze us after we defended ourselves against his friend in different locations, including a parking garage near Mission Row PD and the airport. Despite our efforts, we realized the modder and his friend were seeking revenge unfairly. As someone who dislikes modders and never uses cheats, I'm certain I was banned in error. I am requesting an appeal to lift my ban.

I submitted a support request to Rockstar nine months ago in October but haven't heard back. I had a positive experience with a helpful stranger who assisted me with selling my biker business and hangar. During a mission, we encountered a technical issue resulting in me receiving less money than expected. This caused me to miss a sale deadline for the discounted Molotok aircraft. I am requesting 3.6 million in-game currency to cover the loss and an additional 900k for the inconvenience faced over the past nine months. My Xbox username is KamikazeOcean2 if that information is needed. Thank you for your attention to my concern. Have a pleasant day.

I am seeking assistance. My gamertag is "todler1569", however, my email associated with the game account is different. Unfortunately, I have been banned without reason. I believe this was a mistake as I have only been engaging in harmless activities. I can provide information about my Xbox account and my personal one for verification via email. If this issue is not resolved, I may have to create a new account. I urge you to rectify this banning situation promptly, as it has become tedious. I trust that as the company, you have access to all the necessary records to address this matter. I appreciate your help in removing the ban. Thank you. Game account: [redacted] G-mail: [redacted]
