The virtual items I bought with the in-game currency of 16 million are also missing. I feel disheartened as I've dedicated two to three years of hard work to this game. I kindly request that you address this problem promptly. Restoring the items and money taken from me is crucial. GTA5 is my go-to relaxation activity, and I am unable to enjoy it until this matter is resolved.

I am reaching out regarding the disappearance of my items in GTA 5 Online. My username in the game is DeboSwagg66. After the recent update, I logged in to find that all my possessions were missing. This includes my facility, Avenger, tank, Vigilante, CEO office, three CEO garages, bunker, and all unlocked weapons. After receiving the GTA 5 overhaul recently, I logged back into my account to sell a car through my CEO Office to earn money for additional purchases. Unfortunately, upon logging in, I discovered that all my properties, including my CEO Office, garages, mechanic shops, hangar, clubhouse, bunker, and facility, were missing. I have invested a significant amount of time and money since November or December. Video games have been a big part of my life, even affecting my personal relationships. I am a dedicated player and have bought the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack to progress in the game. I have been a loyal customer since the early GTA versions and have always supported the games. After the recent game update, I noticed a change in my apartment's style. Initially, I thought new furniture items were added, but upon checking the apartment styles, I realized I had to pay for my original style. I accepted this and decided to move on. However, when I tried to customize my insurgent vehicle, which I had been planning to do for days but lacked the funds, I discovered that the mobile operation center was missing. This led me to check for other missing items, and I found that my weapons and bunker were also gone. Replacing everything I lost would cost around 3 million, perhaps more, but approximately 3 million sums it up. If these items could be restored, I would greatly appreciate it and avoid feeling frustrated over the time wasted due to these inexplicable losses. The missing items were worth their original prices.

I bought a Whale Shark card for my son's GTA 5 game on Xbox One on June 11th around 10:30 pm. The card was worth 3.5 million dollars in virtual currency and cost $53.23 with tax. After he used some of the money to buy items, he logged out, but when he logged back in later, the money and items were gone. I paid with PayPal, which directed me to Microsoft. They said it was an in-game issue and not their responsibility. Rockstar support told me to go to their website. I've spent 1.5 hours on this already. I am very disappointed, and it will make me hesitant to make any future purchases.

I recently had my CEO office, MC clubhouse, businesses, bunker, and vehicles removed due to alleged cheating. I believe that not everything should have been taken away for the "cheating," even though I understand why it may seem that way. I dedicated a lot of time grinding and earning money legitimately, such as during the 2x money event, to purchase the bunker, office, and MC clubhouse before the alleged cheating incident. While I did use some of the disputed funds to acquire one vehicle and a business for the MC, along with the office garage, I feel that the items I obtained through legitimate means should be considered separately. I've been a dedicated player for weeks, months, or even years, and I value my progress in the game. I am a fan of Rockstar Games and would like to continue supporting them, but I hope we can find a fair solution regarding what items should be reinstated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought GTA5 for PC from Wally World. I attempted to install it on a laptop running Windows 10 64-bit. The installation process ran for about 30 minutes before an error occurred. I believe my account was unfairly banned permanently. I didn't choose to receive a higher level and cash from a modder, yet I was still banned. I feel frustrated about this situation. I have played this game for many years, and it's disappointing to be banned for something beyond my control. Though I had been banned before for modding, I learned my lesson and played by the rules upon returning. Getting banned after receiving unexpected benefits from a modder feels unjust and senseless.

During a doomsday heist play-through with friends, I encountered an issue leading to being labeled a bad sport and sent to a bad sport lobby for 2 days. I enjoy playing GTA V online and recently discovered the existence of bad sport lobbies. Despite not being concerned about being placed in one due to being a good sport, I find it challenging to progress in the game. Dealing with aggressive players in flying vehicles disrupts my business activities, making it difficult to enjoy the game. I suggest three possible solutions: making it easier to enter bad sport lobbies for disruptive players, introducing a good sport lobby for respectful players, or allowing full business access in private or invite-only lobbies. My friend, who shares similar experiences, and I are considering quitting due to the constant interruptions that serve no purpose. We prefer peaceful gameplay and would appreciate a better gaming environment where players respect each other. It would greatly improve our experience and that of others who face similar issues in public lobbies.

While playing GTA 5 online, a message suddenly appeared charging me one thousand dollars for hospital fees for killing passive mode players. My rank dropped from twenty-one to one with a negative rank of two billion due to unknown modders. I reported this issue yesterday and received an email an hour later asking if the problem was fixed. Despite selecting "not fixed," the email claimed the issue was resolved, leaving me frustrated. I hope this time my problem will be addressed. Hello Rockstar. I am facing a serious issue that I need help with. I am not sure if items are being taken from me or if the game is glitchy, but something strange is happening. I am not a cheater and I value fair play, but I have lost a significant amount of money due to purchases not showing up. I estimate I have lost around 7,[redacted],[redacted] GTA dollars over time. For example, I recently bought a T20 vehicle from Legendary Motorsports, but it never appeared in my garage despite receiving a delivery message in-game. Additionally, when purchasing full ammo for a job and restarting due to a team member's death, all the ammo is lost. My character's appearance has also been reset three times, causing frustration.
