I am experiencing harassment and verbal abuse from a player on GTA5. Despite asking them to stop, they continue to send me hurtful messages both in the game and on PS4. I have had my PS4 since [redacted] and dealt with negative comments before, but this individual has crossed a line. I have never reported anyone before, but I felt compelled to contact Sony and provide them with case number [redacted]0. I am reaching out to seek assistance in handling this matter. The player violating the code of conduct on GTA5 goes by the Playstation account name { sds1113 }. I attempted to screenshot the messages but they did not save. GTA serves as an outlet for many, including myself, for social interaction and stress relief. This person's actions, however, have been deeply upsetting, especially considering my battle with depression. It is crucial to address this issue promptly to prevent further harm.

I've been experiencing frequent disconnections while playing Grand Theft Auto V online, interrupting my missions and heists and causing me to lose money and game time. This has become quite frustrating as I invest a lot of time and money into the game. I believe I should be compensated for the server issues by receiving millions of dollars, especially considering the significant amount I've spent on Shark cards over the past 5 years. While playing GTA 5 online around 6:30 p.m. EST, another player named SUPERNOVA disrupted my game by removing my character from a plane, taking away my ability to move or use weapons, killing me, and placing what seemed to be a KKK hat on my African American character. Despite trying to report the incident, the option was not available. Subsequently, I was kicked out of the session and experienced difficulty getting back online for approximately 30 minutes. It seems like the player is using modding abilities to interfere with gameplay. I would appreciate it if the game history could be reviewed to address this issue. All I did was attempt to shoot a missile at the disruptive player. I believe this behavior should be addressed and appropriate actions taken to prevent a recurrence.

I am experiencing disconnections from every session, even when I join invite-only sessions. In a GTA transform race, I was killed by a jet for the first time, despite having [redacted] kills, resulting in a misleading K.D.R displayed as 91.00 instead of the correct [redacted].00. My phone and console have been compromised by modders, making it hard for me to use either device. I am currently experiencing an attack on my phone as I write this message. Despite granting permission for Rockstar to fix my console via email at 4:08 pm, I have not received any updates from them. I caution new players that playing online can expose you to modders who can infiltrate closed sessions and monitor your activities. I advise parents to supervise their children playing GTA 5 online, as modders can disrupt the experience. The situation is concerning as modders have attempted to delete content from my devices, affecting gameplay. I have documented evidence of these incidents, but have faced challenges reporting them due to the disruption caused by modders. Rockstar needs to address this issue promptly and proactively to safeguard the gaming community.

Upon logging into GTA V, I headed to my hangar intending to start air freight missions. Sadly, my V65 Molotok was missing, which left me feeling disappointed. Rebooting the game didn't help in recovering the plane, which happened to be one of my favorites alongside the Lazer. After trying numerous restarts, I shifted focus to races and missions. However, when I went to choose my trusted Truffade Nero Custom for a race, it was nowhere to be found. This prompted a search through my office garage, where I usually kept it, but it was also gone. The absence of these vehicles has left me quite frustrated. Restoring my Molotok and Truffade Nero Custom or providing compensation for repurchase would be deeply appreciated. Recently, I bought a $50 shark card from Walmart and later realized the activation code was on the receipt I tossed. Walmart has not been able to provide the correct code for me despite multiple visits. Initially, they even gave me a serial number instead of the activation code. The code they provided, "GTAWHAPS4POR," seems to be incorrect and I am in need of assistance to resolve this situation as the card was given as a gift to my GTA enthusiast partner.

Yesterday, I had an issue where the game put me in bad sport due to a connection problem. Despite not playing for even a minute, I was labeled as a bad sport player. I have encountered a continuous issue on GTA whenever attempting the heist in my apartment, the game freezes entirely. Initially, I had a character with close to $5 million, along with the latest cars, but unfortunately, this character was deleted, and I had to restart my online character. Even with the new character, I still face obstacles in playing the apartment heist. I purchased four high-tech cars, including the Deluxo and the Stromberg, as well as the APC and several million-dollar fast cars which have now disappeared along with my funds. Repeatedly losing money and cars while being unable to fully enjoy the game like other players is very frustrating. The process of earning back what was lost and ranking up seems daunting. I would appreciate the restoration of my money and vehicles without having to resort to legal action. Additionally, I have contemplated pre-ordering Red Dead 2 for my partner and myself, but the current issues with one Rockstar game make me hesitant about the reliability of another.

I tried to log in to my GTA V Online account through linked accounts that were initially connected a while back. I was confident that the account linked successfully. Recently, when I returned to my computer after a three-year hiatus from the service, I discovered my Xbox account was no longer linked to my PC. Disappointingly, I couldn't access my linked account. Furthermore, my PC account was hacked, leading to a ban on GTA Online for that account. The account name was changed to someone else's, which was frustrating for me. My friend purchased a car for $1,[redacted],[redacted] in GTA Online, which was supposed to be delivered to his facility. However, upon checking, the car was not there. He has tried restarting the game and going back online, but the car is still missing. This has caused him to lose a significant amount of money he earned in-game. I recently received a one-month ban from GTA Online despite not engaging in any cheating or hacking activities.
