Help with my Rockstar Games issue

Instead, GetHuman-iamturfl will need to dig through the advice provided by Rockstar Games, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-iamturfl's own words
I am playing Grand Theft Auto V on the Xbox *** console on Xbox live with my Xbox live gold membership. When I go out in the game and make money and then later I log out of the game, once I log back in to the game I lose all my money and it says $* in hand and $* in my bank. I haven't died I haven't spent money. I tested this earlier by logging into the game and seeing I had $* and I went and made $** and then I put the $** in my bank and logged out of the game. I logged back in to GTAV Online immediately after returning to story mode and saw that my $** had been somehow taken and I am again left with $*. This error or possible attack from a modder or something makes playing the game pointless. I can't buy anything because I have no money and any money I earn gets taken away at log out. I can't buy shark cards. I can't earn money. I can't play the game. Please get back to me about this topic at my email *****@***.com. Thank you for your time.
