Help with my Rockstar Games issue
I purchased a **$ (*.*M$) shark card at Walmart. Should have known there would be issues as when they rang the card up it was not even scanned into the system to be sold yet. After entering in the card they sold it to me. I gave it as a gift to my GTA obsessed boyfriend. Not knowing the code was on the receipt that activates it I threw it away. Went back to Walmart * seperate times to resolve this issue by printing a newer old receipt with the activation code for the shark card they could not. Instead they wrote down a "code" that was the serial * and when that didnt work we went back AGAIN and they Again wrote down this code"GTAWHAPS*POR".... clearly they have no idea what we are talking about and need help please!
I trust that Rockstar Games will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
