I play GTA5 online on Xbox [redacted], and a modder ranked me up to [redacted] and placed me in the Bad Sport lobby for 2 years, 9 months, and 16 days. The modder also took control of my Xbox IP and kept kicking me from Xbox Live every 5 minutes. I have ample proof of their modding activities. I want to bring this to your attention as I pay for Xbox Live monthly, not to be unfairly kicked. This will be my only email on this matter. There are many players facing similar issues and if not resolved, legal action will be taken. I demand my game be restored without modders interfering. I have collected evidence, including videos, of the modders in action. This is a serious matter to me, and I am determined to address it.

I deposited $[redacted] into my Steam account intending to purchase the megalodon shark card, but was surprised to see an additional $6 tax. The card was listed at $85 due to a 15% discount, which was not clear initially. Rockstar's pricing error led me to spend $74.35 extra, including tax. I am disappointed in this misleading situation. I've tried initiating a refund through Steam, but it threatens to remove GTA V, which I want to keep. Please reimburse me promptly to avoid further inconvenience. My in-game name is Seventy6Seventy6, and I've been stuck in the banned lobby for over a year now with additional time continuously added. Lately, I haven't been able to join any online sessions, getting a message stating 'Online Session is busy, please try again later.' I am requesting to be reinstated for several reasons: 1) No explanation has been provided for my ban. 2) Modders have transferred and stolen money from my character without my consent. 3) I am not a cheater or a modder, but I'm tired of having my gameplay disrupted by others using mods. 4) I have never received any help or support from your company despite reaching out before. I don’t understand the purpose of being placed in the bad sport lobby. This has happened to me three times, and I believe it's because I have blown up other players' cars. It feels unfair to be punished for this, especially when I'm already paying for the vehicle's insurance. The bad sport lobby is making me not want to continue playing. I have been a fan of GTA games since gta3, and it's the only game I own for PlayStation. It's frustrating that in a game like GRAND THEFT AUTO, we are penalized for actions like destroying personal vehicles, even though the game allows for cars like the oppressor and deluxo that easily cause such destruction. Additionally, the inability to steal cars to customize them seems contradictory to the essence of GTA. I have 29 more days in the bad sport lobby, during which I won’t be playing. This situation is disappointing for a loyal customer like myself.

I have been a Rockstar member for quite some time now and recently linked my new PlayStation Network account to the Rockstar Social Club/support for a bonus of 200k in-game currency. I noticed that my Rockstar account is verified with an old email address that I no longer have access to. Although I updated my email address on PlayStation Network, I am having trouble changing it on my Rockstar account because I forgot the password I used. I have verified my identity through security questions, so I am not attempting anything illegal. I would like to update my Rockstar account with my current email address, [redacted], as my previous email, [redacted], is inactive.

I own the Cargobob Jetsam and I'm seeking a refund. The Cargobob didn't meet my expectations due to its low durability and inability to lift vehicles like the Vigilante. Priced at nearly 2 million, I believe it hasn't been a worthwhile investment and has been a financial burden. I purchased it to aid with the import/export DLC but using it has caused more harm to the vehicle than driving it manually. Despite my attempts to contact Rockstar through web tickets, I haven't received a refund or seen any improvements to the Cargobob Jetsam. I would appreciate it if Rockstar could consider refunding me for this purchase.

I purchased a next-generation console with the intention of enjoying GTA V with improved graphics and features. After downloading the new version on my Xbox One, my account synced automatically, but unfortunately, my original player with numerous cars, a high level, and significant cash did not transfer correctly. I spent an hour trying to fix this issue to no avail, only to find out later that I missed the deadline for character transfers. My primary reason for buying the new console was to play GTA V on the updated platform, but now I feel discouraged from playing the game entirely. I am hopeful that there might be a way to recover my character along with all its attributes and assets.

I am frustrated with the customer service experience I had; I was unexpectedly placed in bad sport mode while playing with a friend, and I don't understand why. Normally, players should receive a warning before being placed in bad sport mode, and it's confusing that this didn't happen. Furthermore, the promised reduction in time spent in bad sport through game activities like missions and CEO work has not occurred for me despite me trying to play the game as usual. I feel lost and would appreciate some assistance with this issue.

Hello, my gamer tag is Bigkeejones93. I enjoy playing GTA to relieve stress and stay away from troubles on the streets. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. I know of four friends who are experiencing similar issues. When we try to play GTA online, it says that the necessary files could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games service. I pay for Xbox Live mainly to play this game, and it's frustrating to face this problem. I've supported your games, even sponsoring on my motorbike, and now I'm facing this trouble. Hello, my name is Jorry. During the GTA Character transfer period, I went to my friend's house and transferred my PS3 character to the PS4 version of GTA V. At that time, I didn't own a PS4, but I knew I would eventually get one and wanted to have my character ready. Recently, I bought a PS4 and GTA V, but when I started playing, my transferred character was missing, and I was asked to create a new one. I'm confused because I transferred my character before. I hope this is just a server glitch due to not playing for a while (3-6 years). I really want my original character back as I invested money buying shark cards. Playing as a new character is not what I intended. I bought GTA V for PS4 specifically to continue playing with my original character. Please help me retrieve my character.

I purchased Grand Theft Auto V on Christmas [redacted] and have been playing it consistently since then. On May 23rd, [redacted], I encountered an error or glitch in the game. In GTA V Online, you can buy cocaine lock-ups from the MC computer to start a short business. After completing the setup, I tried to start the production process, but my staff wouldn't initiate it. This issue has left me puzzled. Despite setting up the cocaine lock-up, I am not receiving any product or value, and my supplies are depleting rapidly. It seems like many players are facing the same problem. I am reaching out to Rockstar Games in the hopes that they can assist with this issue. Hello Rockstar Support, I am reaching out to address my previous inquiry with ticket number #[redacted]2. I am facing difficulties resolving this matter as I keep receiving generic responses from tier 1 support. I have been an active player since [redacted] and have never used any mods. I kindly request for this issue to be escalated to support tier 2 for further assistance. Prior to being banned, I encountered two different modders. The first one engaged in disruptive behavior like kicking me out of my car, using god mode, and teleporting me without any monetary mods. Subsequently, I met two players, c0ntriL and FluffyYoshi, who were under attack by another modder. I tried to help them by picking them up in my car, but this led to the modder targeting me with various exploits including giving me illegitimate in-game funds. I expressed my surprise at receiving money in the chat, and we eventually changed lobbies to avoid the situation. It is unfortunate that I was unexpectedly banned thereafter at approximately 5:50 AM EST. I believe the modders should be the ones facing consequences, not me. I have put significant effort into progressing to level 30 and previously reached level [redacted] on Xbox [redacted], although I cannot transfer my account. I sincerely appreciate the 7,[redacted],[redacted] you granted me. While playing GTA online with my friend, a user named latreljones11 contacted me via PlayStation messages and hacked my account. Although I managed to regain access to my Playstation account, my GTA V online character's money was interfered with. My funds went from $5.3 million to $[redacted],[redacted] without any purchases made, except for an upgraded voodoo low rider. I find this situation perplexing as I have diligently earned my money through legitimate means since the game's release on PlayStation 3. I am hopeful that a refund can be issued or that some investigation can be conducted to rectify this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Why does the Vapid Dominator GTX perform so poorly in terms of speed? Priced at 750k, same as the Zentorno, with full mods, it falls short compared to the 50k original Vapid Dominator. The GTX takes over 19 seconds to complete the LSIA runway stretch, whereas the original Vapid does it in 17.6. Even the FREE Elegy RH8 is faster, achieving 17.8 with just an engine upgrade. Although it resembles a mix of the new Mustang GT and Dodge Charger and offers impressive body modification options, it lacks the real-world 0-60 speed of under 4 seconds. This discrepancy makes it less appealing, and I believe there is room for improvement. I hope for some constructive feedback (or maybe even a refund for the car, jokingly!).

About a year ago, a significant amount of money was taken from my account, which I understand was part of efforts to combat hacking. I want to clarify that I am not a hacker; a friend assisted me, but I have always aimed to help others during heists. I am only requesting a portion of the funds, specifically [redacted] million, [redacted] million, or even [redacted] million to continue supporting others in the game. Additionally, I have encountered issues with my server recently. While playing, I get kicked unexpectedly despite having a stable connection. I am unsure about the cause of these disruptions.

I have encountered ongoing issues in your game, resulting in a substantial loss of in-game currency. Despite my efforts in completing crate missions, I consistently face setbacks where the game claims I have lost crates due to seemingly unfair circumstances. I have invested in multiple copies of the game across different consoles, only to have my progress hindered by what appears to be glitches and obstacles that impede my game experience. I am frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support and understanding from Rockstar, as I believe I am owed reimbursement or a resolution to this matter. While playing GTA V, I recently completed the Act 2 heist in my facility, hoping to earn some cash like I did in Act 1. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any money from it. This is frustrating, especially considering the time and effort I've invested in the game. Two of my friends who participated in the heist with me received over a million dollars each, so I feel left out.
