The issue in GetHuman-isaacdst's own words
purchased * bull shark cards for GTA * today April ** at approx *pm Eastern time to *** pm - each time it said was purchased *x **.** and *x*.** funds were taken from my wallet and visa card but never arrived in my bank on GTA* - I have crappy internet and cannot do the PS* video you want, my gamer tax is GamerX****** - the purchaser who was debited is Linda St Pierre who is my grandmother and the funds were a gift from her. Please refund ASAP
