Hello, I am from FedEx Office in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Recently, a customer left a package with us for return to your company. However, our driver could not accept it due to a strong gasoline odor and potential gasoline residue. Unfortunately, we lack the customer's contact details. The tracking number for this shipment is [redacted]93. Could you please reach out to the customer and advise them to collect the package? They have the option to clean the item or bring it to our Ground hub on Old Greensboro Road, which is equipped with the necessary hazmat permits. We appreciate your assistance.

I placed an order on December 9th with the order number [redacted]41. However, two items are missing: Qty. 1 - FORD # 2L1Z3N134AA, Pinion seal Qty. 1 - FORD # 7L1Z6C519A, Grommet While the part sent from Texas has been received, the one from Doylestown, PA is missing. It departed Philadelphia on December 29th and hasn't been located since. Order# [redacted]23: I purchased a Gates serpentine belt kit expecting delivery by December 31st. Unfortunately, the only update online is that a shipping label was created on the 28th. Surprisingly, the tracking now indicates that the parts are being sent back to the warehouse. This situation is inconvenient as I urgently require these parts for my vehicle. I hope to receive the items as planned or opt for a complete refund. Despite being a repeat customer, this experience has made me hesitant about future transactions with Rock Auto.

I purchased internal engine parts from RockAuto, expecting delivery on December 12th. Unfortunately, the local FedEx distributor informed me that the original carrier quit before completing the delivery, and I never received my order. They suggested that RockAuto should file a claim. Hello everyone, I recently purchased a lock cylinder with keys that was supposed to include a programmer (part #[redacted]). Unfortunately, the programmer was missing from the package. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but it arrived early without the essential component. Being a disabled veteran, I rely on others for repairs and now have to wait for the correct part to arrive after sending back the incomplete shipment. This delay is frustrating as I will have to wait for the return process to be completed, potentially taking up to a week. Regrettably, this experience has left me disappointed with the service provided. I recently placed an order for brake parts for my [redacted] Chevy C1500 truck, and I need to make some exchanges. I received the X8004R rotors with an ABS sensor ring, but I had to modify it to fit. I would like to exchange the 5976R rotors for the X8004R ones. My neighbor used my debit card without permission to purchase a car part, which arrived damaged. I placed an order for an item with order number [redacted]90 and paid $[redacted].00 for shipping. The expected delivery date was January 25th. The package is currently in Great Falls, MT. Typically, I receive items the next day after they arrive in Great Falls. If delivery delays are expected, I would appreciate a lower shipping fee. A $50.00 charge would seem more reasonable in this situation. The high shipping cost doesn't match the delivery speed. It would have been faster and possibly cheaper to book a seat on a plane for the part. Your product prices are competitive, but the shipping fees are excessive. At times, shipping costs exceed the item's price. I hope for a resolution. Thank you.

I have been trying to place an order for two days, but all I see is a confirmation screen with a flashing message to wait without any error messages. It's frustrating not being able to complete the order, and I believe this may result in lost sales. I had no order number to track and no way to contact anyone for assistance. After closing the confirmation window and retrying, the payment option I selected disappeared. There is no option to contact sales support or retry after a certain time. I finally managed to complete the order, but the process could be improved for better customer service. Thank you.

Order #[redacted]41: I am returning the ACDELCO coil springs (part #45H1484) due to multiple issues. The springs are not a matched pair, with one wound differently than the other, indicating they may have been made at different times. Additionally, one spring had a Spanish tag on it. Both springs show rust and flaking of the protective coating, with debris found in the box. These subpar parts are not suitable for my pickup. The return shipping cost through FEDEX is $64, equivalent to the price I paid. I have been a long-time customer of RockAuto with several pending orders. About a year ago, I ordered a radiator from your company. Unfortunately, about a month after receiving it, I went on an all-expense-paid vacation. Upon my return around Christmas, I installed the radiator. While installing it, I noticed the first three threads on the transmission line were out of alignment. The nut only screwed on until the third thread, and then it stopped. However, after adjusting it, everything seemed fine. Now, there seems to be water in my transmission, and gas is suspected of seeping through the transmission line. Regarding Order No. [redacted]54 placed on 2/10/[redacted], I updated my shipping address to my street address for the delivery of the wheel rotors. However, the Rock Auto System automatically changed my billing address to match the shipping address, which is causing issues since my Visa card only recognizes the P.O. Box given. I attempted to correct this discrepancy but was unable to do so in the system. As there is no mailbox at the street address, any mail sent there would be returned as undeliverable. I only have one vehicle, and with temperatures below zero outside, I decided to order a part from RockAuto. Despite it not being cheaper, I chose them due to the faster delivery compared to the local parts store. The store mentioned it would take three to five business days with free shipping, but RockAuto claimed to be quicker. After 5 days, the part from the local store would have been here today, yet the RockAuto order hasn't even left the warehouse. Although RockAuto states it's too late to cancel, they initially said the same thing right after I paid. I'm frustrated by this inconvenience, as a simple action from them could resolve the situation - putting the item back in stock and refunding me would help immensely since I rely solely on this vehicle.

In late November through early December, I purchased a cylinder head for my [redacted] Jeep Cherokee 4.0 for $[redacted]. After having it installed by a mechanic, the vehicle lost compression just 15 miles into a test drive. Upon inspection by the machine shop, they found a defective exhaust valve, which caused the failure. I reached out to LKQ for warranty assistance, and after much back and forth, the part was shipped back for examination. Despite the delay, the claim was denied due to alleged excessive exhaust heat as the cause of failure. I had to pay the machine shop additional fees to repair the original head with a faulty intake valve. The lack of compensation or acknowledgment of the financial burden has left me disappointed and seeking a resolution.

I have been without a vehicle for three months and had to pay the mechanic twice for the same job. Additionally, I had to repair my original head for $[redacted]. I purchased a new Delco fuel pump (order number: [redacted]98) approximately 59 days ago. Unfortunately, due to undergoing cancer treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital, I was unable to install it until recently. Upon installation, the pump did not function properly. After seeking help at Park Street Automotive in Montclair, NJ, they determined a faulty fuel pump and replaced it for a total of $[redacted].24 (invoice number: [redacted]6, dated 2/27/21). Although I understand I am past the 30-day return period, considering my circumstances, I kindly request a credit instead of a warranty claim with Delco. I can provide a copy of the invoice from Park Street Automotive if needed. I am willing to return the Delco pump if necessary, but a refund or credit from RockAuto would be greatly appreciated.
