I purchased a Spectra Premium heater core, part number SCT [redacted], for my [redacted] Ford Focus. However, the hoses could not be attached to it by my Ford dealer, Dwayne Lane Ford at I-5 Auto World. Consequently, I had to obtain a heater core directly from Ford, which did fit correctly. I haven't been able to reach out to Rock Auto earlier due to personal matters. My order number is [redacted]59. Kindly process my return. Thank you. - Lloyd

I encountered an issue with returning two orders to Rock Auto. After paying $24.20 at the post office to send them back, only one item was credited by Rock Auto for $28.40. My credit card was billed $[redacted].48 for products that were returned, yet I have not been refunded. Despite my efforts to track the returned items, I still face this situation, and there is no customer service number available for direct contact.

Hello, my name is Larry Allen. I recently returned a package with parts to Rock Auto, but they are having trouble confirming if they received it because I didn't have a return number. I included the return label inside the box and reattached it before sending it back. Unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt from FedEx when I dropped it off. I really need my refund urgently. Hello, my name is Matthew Mase. I recently purchased multiple suspension and steering items from your store. I am satisfied with the quality of the Mevotech parts. However, on order number [redacted]08, I received two stabilizer bar links, one Mevotech, and one from a different brand. I encountered issues as the non-Mevotech part had a cheaper black boot and a different size allen. The quality and tightness were not up to par with the Mevotech product. Order #[redacted]47: I, R.L., a loyal Rock Auto parts customer, recently received the wrong item for my [redacted] Ford E250. The Control Arm Support McQuay Norris FA7587 was ordered but Prosteer sway bar bushings were delivered instead. I actually need a Control Arm Mount that attaches to the frame for the control arm. Other brands on the same parts page display the correct part, but the closeout item I purchased lacked a picture, causing confusion. Furthermore, the part sent doesn't even fit my van. Since I urgently needed the correct piece for a trip to Ohio, I had to buy it locally. I'm struggling to initiate the return process through the website.

I have a [redacted] Jeep Grand Cherokee with several modifications including a Clayton 6" lift, 35" tires, 15" wheels, and a 242hd transfer case swap. Unfortunately, I recently experienced a broken U-joint which damaged the carrier and pinion bearings on the front axle. I have cleaned everything up and have all the necessary tools to make the repairs. I am now looking for the strongest and most reliable parts for this fix and would appreciate torque recommendations from the U-joint to the pinion. I need 760x U-joints, Timken wheel bearing hubs, a differential master rebuild kit with Timken bearings, and various installation equipment such as carrier bearings and crush sleeves. I am also looking for some extra marking compound. I plan to reuse the gears and locker in the repair. I'm curious if military discounts are offered for these parts. Thank you!

Dear Sir, I experienced extensive delays with my mechanic in replacing the compressor, mainly due to incorrect condensers from AutoZone. After encountering several compatibility issues, we finally found a suitable condenser from an '89 Corvette that matched up correctly. The original compressor from RockAuto was not a perfect fit for my '87 Corvette, as the high-pressure o-ring did not align properly. Despite searching for a compatible o-ring from various sources, we eventually found the correct one from an '89 Corvette at AutoZone. Due to time constraints and the need to free up the lift at the shop, we proceeded with using the '89 compressor, which turned out to be a good fit for my early '87 model. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. I frequently rely on RockAuto due to your competitive prices, and the Kia engine parts I bought in [redacted] were of excellent quality. Now, I have been informed that I need to return the faulty replacement at my own expense to receive a refund. I am seeking to return a flex plate (order number [redacted]76) for a [redacted] Dodge Charger. After attempting to install it, I found that it was hitting the back of the engine and could not turn to align with the bolt holes. Despite installing it briefly, the part was never used to start the vehicle as it did not engage with the starter. Upon trying to process a return on your website, I truthfully answered that I had installed the part, which prevented me from completing the return. I understand that by stating it was installed, I may have limited my return options, but I was honest as I had to test it by attempting to turn the flex plate to align the bolt holes. I attempted to exchange a part, specifically the World Power Systems part#WPM1045 under order# [redacted]95. I sought to return the faulty part and upgrade to the ACDELCO part#[redacted]1. On the return page, I indicated that I wanted the item replaced. However, when asked if the World Power Systems part matched the replacement part I desired, I responded negatively, as I was aiming for a superior component. Consequently, the system rejected the replacement since the parts did not match precisely. It appears that the system may have inferred an error in my vehicle selection. Currently, I am unable to process any returns, and I understand that I should have selected a refund and then ordered the preferred ACDELCO part. The World Power Systems part#WPM1045 has not functioned properly, and I am hesitant to risk receiving another piece from the same manufacturer.

Hello, I wanted to address an issue with the brake kit I recently ordered, the right front caliper failed which resulted in brake fluid leaking on the wheel, causing damage to the clear coat and paint. Despite understanding that incidental damage may not be covered, I was surprised to learn that I have to pay for return shipping for the defective part after requesting a refund. On March 23, [redacted], I purchased a fuel pump and filter with order # [redacted]0. Following recommendations, I cleaned and flushed the tank before installation. The installation went smoothly, but within a month, my car started experiencing performance issues, ultimately failing to run. After investigating, I discovered that the power wires (Red & Black) had corroded and disconnected from the housing connections. I reported the issue to RockAuto and received a replacement pump of the same brand. However, after about four months, the new pump started showing the same problems. I found the same wiring issue once again. I am now wondering if RockAuto could provide some credit toward the purchase of a different pump brand.

Hello, I am Lynelle Nowlin reaching out on behalf of my son, Eugene Nowlin, and daughter, Kellie Nowlin. Eugene made a purchase of a fuel pump for his sister's [redacted] Saturn Aura 2.4L on April 20th with order number [redacted]27.
