my order ********* did not arrive with all parts ordered. this part of the order is in limbo. * *********. I paid for *nd day shipping and I should have gotten the parts on **********. The tracking shows that it traveled about one hour and made it to the los angles sorting facility. I contacted dhl and they have not been able to locate the package. It arrived in L.A. on ********** and it still shows as being at that location. L.A. is only a * hour drive from my home. And now it is day * and still no parts. I need the order canceled and a refund for this part of the order. I will buy the parts at my local parts store. I have ordered from rock auto before and this is not my first problem with shipping and get my parts on time. This creates a real problem for me. I have a customer that is going to be a week late on getting his engine completed and now I will be loosing $**.** on the job because the local parts store are more expensive. And last of all, when I try to cancel the order at rockauto it will not allow me to do so. It just shows that the parts are on the way. LOL
