I didn't receive my $18 rebate from Autolite spark plugs that I purchased on Rockauto. When I inquired about it, I was informed that Autolite had been acquired by another company, causing delays in processing rebates. Despite still advertising the rebates, there seems to be uncertainty about when they will be sent out. I advise others not to rely on these rebates and to consider buying from local stores instead. I am disappointed and frustrated with Autolite and Rockauto for their handling of this situation. It is misleading and unfair to customers who may not be aware of these issues. I have decided not to purchase spark plugs from them again and will alert my family and friends about these concerns.

I believe Rockauto should improve their rebate program by providing customers with a rebate card or offering a discount on parts equivalent to the Autolite spark plugs rebates. If Rockauto doesn't resolve this issue, they should consider discontinuing the sale of these spark plugs. The current situation with delayed or missing rebates is misleading and disappointing to customers.

I tried to purchase an exhaust manifold gasket and exhaust flange gasket for my [redacted] Ford Fiesta (1.6L DOHC Engine). I noticed multiple charges on my card without receiving an order confirmation until my 13th attempt, which went through successfully for a total of $19.66. The items are expected to be shipped by DHL and delivered by January 2nd. I kindly request the removal of the previous 12 unauthorized charges from my Discover card that were not associated with a confirmed order. Thank you.

I purchased two stabilizer links for a [redacted] Chevrolet Tracker from the brand MEVOTECH. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that the grease fittings were missing. After requesting a replacement, one of the links was still missing the grease fitting. I would prefer to exchange the incorrect part for one with the grease fitting rather than seek a refund. However, the website only offers a refund option. I have attached a photo of the parts received for reference. The Order Number is [redacted]49. I hope this issue can be rectified promptly, as this experience has made me hesitant to order from your website in the future due to the inconvenience it has caused in repairing my car.

I received a notification that my part was delivered, but I cannot locate it at the designated spot. Due to financial constraints, I was unable to cancel my appointment and had to purchase a replacement from a local auto parts store. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered part associated with order number [redacted]47. Although I was advised to wait for a package trace, I do not require the item and would prefer a refund. I purchased a Spectra Premium Fuel Tank, model F44B, 36 days ago (order #[redacted]04), which is outside the return window by 6 days. Upon inspection, I found the tank to be warped around the opening where the fuel pump goes, causing a gap and making it impossible to secure properly. I suspect the tank was damaged before I received it, possibly during a previous return as the shipping box lacked proper support. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with either extending the return/exchange period given the initial damage or providing guidance on filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Hello, I am looking to replace my right adjustable side rearview heated mirror with electric controls from inside the driver's cabin. This mirror also has a blinker light and can be manually pushed back against the side of the vehicle. The part is priced at $[redacted].99 plus tax and shipping. I purchased a defective air conditioner compressor and followed the instructions to return it for a refund or replacement. However, after trying for three weeks on their website, I am unable to process the return as it keeps redirecting me. Today, I received a message stating the item is unreturnable. I am unsure why this is the case, but I would like to receive the refund as originally promised or alternatively, a store credit would suffice. Thank you.

I recently contacted [redacted] regarding an issue I had with ordering an interior driver side door handle for my 95’ Chevy Caprice. Despite ordering it twice, I received the handle for the passenger side on both occasions. The first handle, order #[redacted]07, part #NED771521, was purchased on 8 Jul 19. I received part #[redacted] instead, labeled as for the left side, which was incorrect. The second attempt, order #[redacted]28 for part #NEEDA771531, also turned out to be wrong as I received a part with a different number, labeled as for the right side. The lack of standardized identification for right/left designations on parts has caused confusion. The aftermarket handles I received, despite having the same markings, were relabeled incorrectly. How are consumers supposed to confidently order the correct parts without facing returns and delays? I still require the correct interior driver door handle and appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I am in need of a carburetor for a [redacted] Honda Civic 1.5L engine with an electronic choke. The cross-reference part number is 45-[redacted] from O'Reilly's, but their customer service claims it's unavailable. I previously purchased a carburetor from your store, but it was the wrong version so I returned it. RockAuto Order [redacted]52 Thank you for the fast delivery. I encountered a minor issue with the order. The ACDelco Spark Plug Wire Set 756T I received was not correct for my vehicle; plug wire 1 was too short. Luckily, I managed to reuse the old one. I need two long wires but got only one. I couldn't wait for a replacement, so I had to use what was available. I need to know if the warranty will cover the correct wires when I replace them. Also, can I get just one long plug wire to complete the new set on my vehicle? Everything else fit perfectly, and I appreciate RockAuto's usual great service. Any help would be appreciated. Unfortunately, I experienced a delay in receiving my package, which was supposed to be delivered promptly as per their express delivery policy. Despite assurances from a Rockauto representative that they would request a refund from FedEx on my behalf, it appears that this was not done as confirmed by FedEx's records. I would like to request a refund for the shipping fees associated with tracking number [redacted]00, as I paid for FedEx express delivery and had a mechanic waiting to work on my car as soon as the part arrived. Good afternoon, I wanted to share my recent experience with ordering parts for my [redacted] Mitsubishi Lancer - specifically front hub assemblies (part #1[redacted]00). Although the listing indicated that it would be compatible, unfortunately, the part doesn't fit my vehicle at all. While I understand that the return shipping fee is only $7, I am disappointed by the inaccurate listing and inconvenienced with the return process. Order #[redacted]01. I am Wesley N., and I purchased a differential carrier from your company. I am currently working on a '67 Corvette with C-6 carriers and suspension. Everything was set up, but my half shafts are not fitting into the new carrier. They fit perfectly in my old one, but the new carrier for the [redacted] Ford Expedition has a smaller spline. I need a different limited slip that can accept my stock [redacted] half shafts as the current one I bought for $[redacted]+ is not compatible.

I have a tax-exempt certificate on file with RockAuto, but it keeps charging me tax. I would like a refund for all the tax charged since I submitted my exemption. The tax-exempt feature is not working properly. It shows that I have a tax-exempt certificate and transaction, but when I proceed to check out, it still adds tax. It asks me to repeat all the steps and re-enter my tax number, which is frustrating. I do not want to go through that process again.

FedEx has informed me to reach out to RockAuto for shipping fees due to a delay. Here is part of their chat explaining the situation: Cynthia C mentioned that deliveries are scheduled until 8 pm for residential addresses but cannot guarantee a specific time. They strive to make deliveries before 5 pm to ensure packages are not kept overnight in vehicles. When I questioned the delay, Cynthia C advised me to contact the shipper/supplier for a credit or refund on the transportation charges. She clarified that since the shipping charges were processed on the shipper/supplier's account, any eligible credit or refund would be handled through them. Therefore, it's necessary to liaise with the supplier for this matter.

I have a complaint about Rock Auto regarding a rebate for autolite plugs I purchased. I bought 10 autolite plugs with a $30 rebate offer. I followed all the steps and received an approval email from autolite on October 31, [redacted], stating it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive the rebate card. However, as of January 17, [redacted], I have not received anything. After contacting them once, I was informed that it takes some time. Due to this experience, my shop has decided to stop using autolite plugs. I advise others not to be deceived by this offer like I was.
