Tried exchanging a part from rockauto that arrived with the correct box for the part, but the part inside the box was completely wrong. Rockauto sent me a return label for the exchange and an email confirmation said they would send the correct part as soon as the original item was confirmed or scanned by ups. However as soon as it was scanned I got an email saying they were crediting my account and deducting the cost of shipping. Even though their policy states that I'm not responsible for shipping costs in this situation.
