I already wrote what the solution should be. I need a return slip and should not have to pay for the postage as it was RockAuto,s mistake. I ordered part * ********* and received two orders of the same thing. Since it was not my mistake, I should not have to pay postage. My email address is *****@***.com. I used my Visa card and would like the returned amount put back on my card. My telephone * is ***-***-****. My home address is **** E. Broad Street - Unit *****Columbus, OH *****. I asked for a return slip that I could get on my computer. I got a human code: ****, but I got no response. This is a very annoying and waste of my time to try to return an item I didn't order. I kept one order. That's all I needed. I'm not trying to pay for two orders when I only asked for one! The order was placed Tuesday, Oct **. Thanks, Bernard C. Martin
