We ordered sensors for a Volvo. They were received and installed. The check engine light went out and it was assumed that all was well. After a few days the check engine light came back on and we put the auto into a shop for service. It appears that one of the sensors was bad so we had them replace the * sensors we received from Rock Auto to be sure the problem was resolved. It was. Our problem is that we do not have the original boxes the sensors came in but the repair service we used packed them in the boxes they took our sensors out of so we do have something to pack them in. Can we return these sensors to you? I think you will probably have to go back to the manufacturer to get reimbursement and at least one of the sensors will not be of use to anyone. Please advise.
