I have an unusual situation in that I need to speak with a human about a Ford Motor Co warranty on an alternator I purchased from Rockauto. Unfortunately, the remanufactured item I purchased failed. At the time of purchase, Rockauto didn’t offer a brand new version. Due to the failure, I purchased a brand new alternator yesterday, October **, ****, now that Rockauto offers the brand new version. So, I’m wanting to return this failed part per warranty. I don’t need to exchange it for another remanufactured item since I’ve purchased a new item. So I’m looking for guidance in deciphering the warranty on this failed part.
