I purchased two Monroe Front Struts Quick-Strut for may Buick **** Enclave. Installed the Struts and was finishing up with the Tires on and back on the ground. Finish torqueing the Upper Strut mounts to ** foot pounds and only (*) Studs on right side was able to reach that setting, the third stud did not click at **, so continued slightly and Stud broke off. Went to the left side and used same setting, but did not get to setting, one of these * studs seemed soft when tightening. The Strut were ******. My order number is *********. Would like to exchange these items for replacements or Upper Strut Bracket. Note: I have not removed the new Struts from the Car, if a replacement is okay, would like for the replacements be send and I will remove and package at the same time I install the new ones.
