I ordered a Hood Reflector for my [redacted] Nissan Rogue, but the item I received does not match the one in your catalog. It doesn't fit properly. I requested a replacement, but I received the same incorrect part again. I now prefer a cash refund due to the issue being on your end. I don't believe I should cover the return shipping costs. Kindly supply a free return shipping label and process a cash refund to my credit card. Thanks, R. C.

On 7/2/19, I placed an order for an a/c compressor for my [redacted] Corvette with the order number #[redacted]53. After installing the compressor, along with an expansion valve and drier/accumulator, I had a licensed garage evacuate and charge the system. After 2 hours of pressurization with no leaks, the Corvette was returned to me with cold a/c and no issues. Recently, the compressor began making a squealing noise and now fails to engage, providing no cold air. Despite attempting to return it, I was informed it's not returnable. However, according to AC Delco's warranty, a/c parts are covered for 24 months. As a loyal Rockauto customer, I would appreciate assistance in resolving this situation. Thank you, Dan V.

I am looking to purchase a radiator and a water pump for my [redacted] Nissan Maxima GLE. I have been trying to find the basic economy parts but seem to keep getting redirected to more expensive upgrades. I attempted to order online a few days ago and encountered difficulties, so I am hoping to speak with a live operator to complete the purchase using my credit card. I would like to have these parts shipped to me promptly in Dunnellon, Florida so I can repair my car. I am willing to pay a little extra to ensure they arrive quickly. I had a frustrating experience with customer support and am still in need of two rear shocks for my [redacted] Kia Rio. My previous order on September 24th resulted in a charge, then I re-ordered on September 25th due to another issue and was charged again. My card cannot handle a third charge, and my bank cannot help until October 8th. I lack confirmation on the order status and delivery information. Order #[redacted]19: I received a windshield washer nozzle for the hood that is not functioning properly. I managed to improve the flow slightly by clearing the tube, but it seems to be a manufacturing issue as it cannot be removed without damage. Despite the website stating I would receive a refund upon return, the low cost versus return shipping makes it impractical. I would like a replacement sent, preferably not from the same brand. I need to replace the front right caliper on my [redacted] H3 Hummer, along with both front rotors and pads. I am looking at ordering the ACDELCO 18R2308 {#[redacted]3} Professional; Non-Coated, which includes Ceramic Pads and Hardware. I know that this is a loaded caliper with brake pads already installed. I am unsure if pads for the opposite side are included in this order, as brake pads are typically sold in sets. If not, I may need to order additional pads. I am considering switching to an unloaded caliper and purchasing pads separately to address this. I prefer ACDelco products as they are the original manufacturer for my vehicle's parts.

I bought two Monroe Front Struts Quick-Strut for my [redacted] Buick Enclave. While installing, I noticed issues with tightening the upper strut mounts. One stud broke off, and another felt soft while torquing. The struts were model [redacted], and my order number is [redacted]86. I would like to exchange them for replacements or upper strut brackets. I haven't removed the new struts yet, so I can swap them out upon receiving the replacements. I purchased two struts for my [redacted] Cadillac which were installed by a mechanic who later found out they were defective. I had to pay an additional $1,[redacted] to replace them with new Monroe struts. The order was for Dan McCants, invoice number [redacted]20, about 2 months ago. I purchased a bushing set (Energy Suspension brand) 35180G which was supposed to contain 4 bushings labeled [redacted]. Unfortunately, I received only 3 bushings labeled [redacted] and one labeled [redacted] (different size). Everything else in the kit is fine. I just require one more bushing with the label [redacted]. I am unsure how to go about obtaining the correct part. Your assistance is much appreciated. Thank you!

I recently purchased a timing set TS387SH from Rock Auto's Enginetech brand. I wanted more information about the manufacturer of the parts in the kit due to its critical nature. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact the company were met with sarcasm and unhelpful attitudes. None of the employees I spoke with allowed me to talk to the technical department since I am not a business customer. One employee even advised me to purchase from a different manufacturer if I had concerns and mentioned that there is no warranty. I only seek reassurance regarding the quality of the kit and would like to return or exchange it if it is not up to standard. This engine build has consumed a significant amount of my time and money. I recently purchased two control arms for my [redacted] Ford Fusion and attempted to replace them today. I found that the new control arm has a smaller head by the ball joint and clearly will not fit my car. The part numbers match, but the new parts labeled "MTC MCF2263" do not match my original parts. I have the parts from Rock Auto untouched in the box with the original stickers. I would like to return these parts for a full refund and will purchase them from another source. Hello, I recently placed an order with Rock Auto that was scheduled to arrive on Saturday. Unfortunately, the address on the package was typed incorrectly. The correct shipping address is [redacted] Gawayne Terrace, Silver Spring, MD [redacted]. However, the package was labeled with [redacted] instead, which does not exist at my location. As a result, the package is now with FedEx in Hagerstown, Maryland, awaiting further instructions. I have been informed that only the shipper can authorize a change of address. I have tried contacting FedEx, but they advised me to reach out to the shipper to initiate the address correction process. I am looking for a front right "wrap around" lens for a Jeep Liberty, 6-cylinder. Additionally, I need the female section for the rear brake light where the bulb is connected. I have found the external part that connects to the bulb for the brake light. Also, I require the bulb and female insert for the top trunk brake light. I have added items to my cart, but it only contains the "exterior plug-in unit" for the power module of the light.

I recently purchased a brake rotor and pad kit for my [redacted] KIA Sorento. Order #[redacted]67. Upon receiving the kit, I discovered that the rotors were smaller in diameter than the original ones on my car. Unfortunately, in the process of removing the old rusted rotors, they got damaged. I had to install the new rotors temporarily, but I am concerned they may not function optimally with the new pads. I rely on my car for daily transportation and urgently need the correct rotors to prevent any further issues. I suspect there may have been a mistake with the order. I recently purchased a replacement fuel cell and gas tank seal for my [redacted] Mustang. Unfortunately, when I tried to install the tank and use the provided seal, it was too large for the opening in the tank. I ended up having to reuse the original seal which was disappointing after the effort of removing, transferring the fuel pump, and attempting to reinstall the tank. The cost of the seal is minimal, so it's not worth returning it. The issue now is that there isn't a correct part number available for the seal needed. I followed the recommendations for the Spectre fuel tank and paid extra to ensure I would receive the correct seal, but it only fits 97 through 98 models. No other seal is suitable for this gas tank.

On August 28, [redacted], I ordered part number 5s1380 for my [redacted] Toyota Tacoma from Rock Auto. After installing it, I realized the cam sensor was faulty. I ordered a replacement, but upon attempting to install it, I discovered it was the incorrect part. Unfortunately, the return date had passed. Despite providing the correct vehicle information in my order, I received the wrong part. The current part is still functional, and I would appreciate assistance in returning it to order the correct one.

Hello everyone, I'm reaching out regarding Order No. [redacted]96 for the Exhaust Pipe Walker [redacted] that I purchased. After installing it 5 weeks ago, I encountered an exhaust leak due to poor welding from the manufacturer. I had to pay my mechanic $50 to fix the faulty welding, which was quite frustrating.
