The issue in GetHuman-docclv's own words
I discovered that this part was the wrong part after sitting it in my truck. The part WAS NOT INSTALLED. Rock Auto will not answere any of my emails. How do I get a RA * to send this back. It is NEW and has not been installed? I accidently checked "installed" on the return questionair. PLEASE EMAIL ME. ... I ordered a radiator for my **** Chevy Tahoe. Order * *********. When I set in my vehicle I noticed that the transmission cooler lines would not fit so I lifted it out. This unit was NOT INSTALLED. Now you tell me I can not return it. How can I send it back? IT WAS NOT INSTALLED.
Rock Auto will not acknowledge any of my emails
Emailing me with a return RA * and shipping address.
Several years
I've tried Rock Auto's web site options a hundred times to no avail.
