I am very, very frustrated with this order (********* SEALED POWER ****MA). I placed the order last week for NEW MAIN BEARINGS, and received scratched up parts that were obviously returned to your warehouse previously, as the parts were tossed into the box and the inside of the box had greasy fingerprints all over it when I opened it. Now, I have sent those back, and am having to wait several more days to receive what I hope will be actually NEW parts. I don't understand the quality control at your warehouse that would allow damaged parts to be placed back on shelves and then sent out to other customers. Nor do I understand why I have to wait more days to even have new parts sent out, as I sent the old ones back immediately. My concern is that with the lack of quality control in the warehouse, I may again receive damaged parts. My car is sitting in my driveway waiting on these parts, and all I see is that shipping should occur TOMORROW. My question is why can these parts not be sent out TODAY? I have been a trustworthy customer, but am beginning to lose trust in your company's trustworthiness to provide excellent service and parts.**Kathy****-***-****
