In re: Order Number: *********Shipped to: Eric Burnett*Billed to: Jennifer Bauserman**In November, I ordered a dimmer switch (STA CBS****) for my ** Toyota Corolla because the headlights weren’t working. At the time, I had been staying in Kelso, WA with a friend who recognized the problem, told me which part to order, and said he would install the part for me. Because of this, I assumed I wouldn’t be returning home (Portland, OR) until after the part arrived, got installed, and the problem with my headlights was resolved, so I just had the part shipped to his house (Eric Burnett, **** S *th Avenue, Kelso, WA *****). Unfortunately, things didn’t exactly go as planned, so I had to return home before the part arrived. During this time, I went to the Toyota Dealership by my house to get my oil changed. I mentioned the problem with the headlights to one of the guys in the shop and he took a peek at them.... the issue didn’t require a dimmer switch at all... it required someone competent enough to know that the headlights had to be PLUGGED IN to the sockets or whatever in order to work. Lol and at this point, they were blown out anyways so I just ran to Walmart and purchased new ones and had the guy put them in for me. At this point, I called my friend to let him know what an idiot he was and asked him to let me know when the package arrived so I could return the part and get a refund. Lol However.... because of the holidays and the busy season, conflicting schedules, and the winter weather, I did not get the part until TODAY. ** TWO MONTHS past the return request date printed on the packing list. This is no fault of the company’s, however, while I have no use for this unused part, I DO have a DESPERATE need for the cash I used to pay for it. Haha seriously though.... I am kindly requesting a little understanding and compassion with this issue, a return slip or whatever is needed to return it, and a refund for the full amount to be returned to me or my visa upon receipt of the product.
