The parts that were sent to us are not the parts that came in the box. Parts should have been for rear wheel bearing and hub assembly door a **** Matrix AWD. part number was GMB***-****. Instead we received GMB***-***. Boxes have not been opened because they are front wheel bearings for a Nissan. We would like to return these parts for a full refund. The proper parts are no longer in stock. We will have to reorder the proper parts. We need a free shipping label sent to the email address below as this was not our error. The reason it took this long to get to the parts is because the box stayed in the car until the mechanic was able to work at it. Due to unforeseen curcumstances, there was death in the family and other members were injured resulting in many months of recovery.
GetHuman-doudad did not yet indicate what Rockauto should do to make this right.
