I ordered a front brake kit for a **** Ford E-***, along with several other parts for this vehicle. I received the order few days later. Upon opening the boxes I realized that the front brake rotor kit had the rear rotors and not the front. The rear rotors were in their correct box part number AR****.*They were both shipped in one box.*I returned both of them in the same box they were shipped in. *I used the shipping label that was emailed to me by rock auto to put one invoice inside the box and the other on the outside of the box. I did receive only one rotor. not *
GetHuman-bjseach did not yet indicate what Rockauto should do to make this right.
