I ordered a part (a window regulator) on October **. I paid an extra **.** to have it shipped next business day express. I got an email that they were unable to verify that the funds were currently available in my account and that they would have to wait until October ** to begin processing my order. The total amount of the order ( including Next Business Day Express) was only **.** and there is over *,***.** in that account. I've never had this problem before. I've wasted hours and hours of time and it's almost virtually impossible to reach them. They have the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. Order number ********.
