In regards to order number *********I have twice tried to resolve a issue with this order and am trying again.*I ordered a ATP Z-*** flexplate which was supposed to fit a ** chevrolet *** two piece rear seal motor which is ( no counter weight) internally balanced. This according to your catalogs application.**Order showed up, a sealed ATP Z-*** labeled box. The box contained a flexplate that only fits a later model one piece rear seal *** Chevrolet motor. This flex plate by casual appearance is the same, but has a external balance counter weight, smaller pilot centre hole and different sized bolt pattern. This makes it impossibly unusable.**I immediately contacted your online customer service, explaining in these very same terms my problem. The issue was at the time was handled quickly and a correct replacement part was dispatched, which arrived expediently.**Upon inspection there was the same sealed box as before labeled ATP-***. The contents proved to be the same unusable incorrect part for my application. I contacted customer service but this time it was implied that I did not know what I was talking about and I was met with an impasse to receiving the correct part for my application. The idea that the box did not contain the correct part was a total impossibility by the online contact.*At this time I had to sit back and try to determine a course of action for the time being.*I further contacted FTP online as to their Flexplate part number FTP Z*** explaining the situation, and to determine the correct application for the part number mentioned.*No response as of yet.**Having a little more time, to deal with this now , I am again attempting to resolve this and acquire the correct part for my application.**Have you yet found the validity of my situation, seeing as this has already been brought to your attention twice?*Surely you must have determined this error in your application catalogs by now, and have done something about it.**Are you going to do something about providing me with the correct part I have already paid for?*Yes, I know I have already in my possession two flexplates, but they are unusable to me and of as much value as scrap metal. *They may have use, but I cannot afford the time to find that someone.**When may I expect to have this sorted out and receive the correct purpose suitable part, for my application?
