I'm trying to get my refund. The parts were sent and received. ... On August **th I shipped parts back through FedEx. The parts were delivered on Tuesday August **th and KJITU signed for them. The problem that I have is I haven't received my refund for the parts that were returned. The order number for the return is ********. My name is Cheryl Mack. My address is *** Glenn Bryant Rd Hinesville, Ga *****. I would like to get this matter taken care of as soon as possible.

I sent the parts in a timely manner and never received my refund. I never got a chance to speak to a human at all, never got a call from anyone concerning the matter at hand.

I want my refund.

I'm a new customer, I expected much better.
