I bought two parts from you a week ago and when the part got to my house the part picker ordered the wrong parts they were off by one letter I need to return these parts and I need to receive the correct parts but itbsaybi have to pay like * dollars to ship them back to you. I do not believe that is fair I shouldn't have to pay more money to ship back what was wrong in the first place. All I want is the right parts I have been dealing with you guys for about * years and never had any problems I am a very happy customer. But I just feel like I shouldn't have to shell out any more money to receive the correct parts I ordered in the first place.
