I ordered a window motor for a **** Hyundai Santa Fe . I never installed the part because we found that the problem was in the widow track itself not the motor. I would like to return it but I no longer need a window motor we have fixed the real problem . When I tried to get a return label for it I found that it was six days past the ** day return deadline. Since the parts wasn’t installed and I have more parts to purchase for other vehicles I was wondering if I could get a store credit for it rather than I warranty replacement that isn’t neede . I have original shipping package and will pay for return shipping if I can get a credit towards my next purchase. I like your site and your service both of which are excellent but I ordered a part that I didn’t need and didn’t realize my mistake until after I worked on the car please let me know what you can do other than a warranty exchange thank you
