Receipt by Rock auto on July ** at ***** a.m. and confirmed by Canada Post.*He wrote to Rock auto on July **, ****. No answer.*This is a second request to get his refund money returned for the full amount of $***.** plus $**.** * $***.** C. by check or money order.**We have all the required papers as proof of purchase and returned merchandise. Please follow through on this demand. We do not want to go down any legal path to get our refund. **We know a lot of people who ordered from Rock auto and they always had good service.**Do you have a phone number or email.

Go to their Website and click refund so they can authorize the return before you send it back, I also left a message on their answering machine at the number indicated through your system, if you want to call and if you prefer to call them back. They called me back, I should receive the refund within * business days....
