After receiving one faulty CV axle for my ** FJ cruiser and having it fail less than ** hrs after install (order *********), i worked out a plan with my shop (proactive automtive, Calgary AB) where I would order a new exact part and have it installed today and I would ship back the defective part. My Truck is in the shop now and I have photo and video from the shop showing the new part (order ********) is damaged and will likely have the same outcome. I’m hoping to have Rockautos support in returning both parts for a full refund. At this point to get driving again I have been forced to purchase another product, locally.
GetHuman967385 did not yet indicate what Rockauto should do to make this right.
