The issue in GetHuman-jaackell's own words
Fix my car. Get what I ordered and not doing your job, because I'm sure there is a process for the return and guess what my car is down. So in answer to this dumb question is repair my car. ... I was sent a box full of the wrong parts. I did not receive my order.my order included radiator, spark plugs, wires, valve cover gasket, radiator cap, hood look assembly for a **** toyota Camry. The box I received has brakes, struts, pads, etc for a Chevy. My name is on the box. The other box had spark plug wires and valve cover gasket. That's it * items.
What this company doesn't realize is I want them to provide the service. I've already had my money taken from me. U have my money I have no,parts. I hope by now they realize I'm not pleased. What they don't realize is I live ** driving minutes from town, no groceries, appointments missed over last ** days.
*st take these prompts away and get people handled promptly, friendly and expediately. No one wants to do the same thing twice due to no fault of theirs. To insinuate it with these questions is insulting. Handle my issue my order number is ******** *Junetta Mitchell **** Shane St New iberia, LA *****
I'm a new and a good customer because,I paid in good faith, I'm prepared to return products that are not mine. And you seemed to have allowed me to blow off steam without evervgiving me the opportunity to speak to any of your staff. I've worked in this industry over ** years and good customer service is a dying art. Paying people for people to people contact can only be good for business. U may have saved an agent from in during my to raid but u succeeded in my resolve more prevalent than ever by never buying a product from u. This tiraid could have ceased with a friendly hello not a prompting on what u want me to say and how to say it. That is absurd. The audacity to presume u can manipulate people like this.
Yes I did i tried and succeeded to not use any profanity even though I've allowed an innate object to get the best of me. Please send me shipping data or I guess I,will take all night figuring it out myself. My mechanic loves u, and so did I. Now get me back as a repeat customer and don't insult me with an email
