Refund needed for wrong part that does not fit my car. The website says a refund will be on my card up to * days and not to return the part. That I may be asked to send back in * weeks.*However, I didn't even receive confirmation thru my email.
I trust that Rockauto will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
