I would like to Return merchandise received under order ********. Parts in question are(ANSA MZ***** and EMI EE*****). Total value of these parts are ***.**$ USD. When opting to use return label on your site I am informed that return costs are ***.**$ . This makes returning item useless. Considering , that these are the same part by two different manufacturers ordered in error due to misleading part description. Ansa part is described as Muffler resonator and is listed in "Muffler" parts tab and the Eastern exhaust is listed as Tail Pipe under "Tail Pipe" tab in parts section for my vehicle a Mazda MPV ****. My intent was obviously to order * muffler and * tail pipe , and since i didn't receive all parts required I had to take other measures to fix my exhaust system. However i find myself faced with receiving a *$ refund if i use you return process on your web site. Can you please offer a reasonable solution to this problem.
GetHuman-habsman did not yet indicate what Rockauto should do to make this right.
