I am trying to get help from Rock Auto since I habe been a good customer and never had a complain and or issue. ... I purchased an ac for my car. Order number ********. The ac stopped working the month of May but the dealer was not able to diagnose my vehicle until Friday ********* since is a BMW and they only take cars by appointment. The diagnostic is that the A*C compressor is not engaging and needs to be replaced. I tried to get a toll free for Rock auto. Customer service but there is none. I checked the order today and it's dated May ****. The system says that is not longer under warranty ( ** months) however today is not even the month **. I need help with this. I paid ***.** for a brand new part and I do not want to pay for it again. I do not think is fair as it needs to take in consideration the date ****pped and the date insalled plus the time it takes to diagnose the vehicle. I am not coming to you * or * months after warranty I am coming to you on the month **. Please help me getting the warranty. Check my account I always buy from you.
Is still on the ** month and the system is not taking in consideration the mailing time and the installation time that when I purchased the A*C compressor I did not get it the next day. It has only been fee days after the purchase date.
