Help with my Rockauto issue
The issue in GetHuman-unitedb's own words
i ordered rotors and pads for my **** Mercedes C** AMG.** both the front and rear rotors are incorrect and do not fit my vehicle. part number PAGID ********* & PAGID *********. The set ***** is not in the correct position and the rotors are not the correct OEM required size. these rotors should not be listed for this vehicle because they do not fit the OEM specifications. i tried doing a return but your website automatically changed my reason for return to "part not wanted". that is not true its the wrong part and i don't want a replacement of the same brand and part number i would like refund with the shipping covered. it doesn't make sense for me to pay return shipping on a part that should not be listed for this specific vehicle. the shipping price costs more then the refund value of the parts i'm better of throwing the brand new parts in the garbage. i am not able to change my reason for return on the website. also the front brake pads i ordered (AKEBONO EUR***) did not come with a electronic ware sensor like specified. i mentioned that in the rock auto return questions and it covers the return shipping. i just need to be able to change my reason for return and i can get return shipping covered.
GetHuman-unitedb did not yet indicate what Rockauto should do to make this right.
