I returned (*) defective struts, order * ******** as instructed* in the original box. I used one(*) shipping label. can not use two labels for one box. I was only issued one full return for the parts. Going back and fort online about a full return on ********. I sent both struts, I had to pay twice for the labor due to defective struts. I only want a full refund on both parts. a refund was issued for only one part. the fedex gave me a copy of proof of delivery which shows JITU signed for it and there are two entries for the purchase order number (*********)*Someone closed my ticket *********. Open it, please commit to due diligence. I am completely frustrated regarding this order. Please contact the receiving warehouse, pull video if need be. Mistakes happen. no blame. I can not afford to lose $***.** due to error in processing. I absolutely do not have a defective part. id rather have my return! I did not know the shipping label. it was my idea to have it looked into and realize it was a pre-paid label. Please look into this further, contact me by pone, issue me a full refund.
