Help with my Rockauto issue

I ordered a part about an hr ago your company took my money off the card right away but said you couldnt process my order because bank has a different address than whats on our card, well the master card I paid with is from H&R Block income pay card, so im very unhappy that ive already paid for a part that I need very fast, yet you wont sent it to me allthough ive already paid for it!! Also Jeff at your HeadQuarters is very rude and hung up one me, this is not good custmer service at all, and im disappointed because My husband is a machanice and would have order alot from your company!!
GetHuman-vgdrenno did not yet indicate what Rockauto should do to make this right.
