My Robinhood account was compromised. On June 18, [redacted], 20,[redacted] worth of Dogecoin was purchased without my knowledge. The next day, emails were being sent by the hacker to Robinhood to change passwords and phone numbers. Robinhood's responses were going directly to my trash folder. Even now, their emails are still ending up there. I received a notification when the Dogecoin was sold by the hacker. I was traveling for two weeks during this time and mainly use my PC for emails, not my cell. I'm still unable to access my account as of July 14, [redacted], despite engaging with their support. I had $53,[redacted] in the account. Finally, as of July 28, [redacted], I can access my account. Although no money was taken out, the Dogecoin was sold below its value. It took around one month and one week to resolve. I've since enhanced my password security and verifications.

I have been struggling for months to access my Robinhood brokerage account. Two days ago, I heard the company founder mention they do offer a phone support line. However, every time I try to reach out to Robinhood online, I receive unhelpful instructions that lead me in circles. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to my account, and now they have frozen it without providing a way to contact them by phone for assistance. I am in desperate need of a real phone number or a call from Robinhood to resolve this issue. Case number initiated by Jason: [redacted]9 Requesting assistance – I made an error – there was NO fraudulent or suspicious activity on my account. I have verified that there is no fraud on my account. The checking account ending in [redacted], which I mistakenly questioned, is one of my business checking accounts that I tried to link over a month ago and forgot about. I did not recognize the last four numbers. I was not aware that business accounts could not be linked. Actions taken: - Password changed - Two-factor authentication enabled - Willing to upload my ID if necessary, although the app did not prompt me to do so. As all transactions and deposits are valid, and it was my account, I kindly request the removal of any restrictions or blocks from my account. My account is incurring losses daily as I am unable to sell my position while it is locked or restricted.

I'm reaching out regarding my late fiance, a Robinhood account holder. After his passing, I followed instructions on his app to initiate the estate process. I left my contact information as the executor, with his sister as an alternative. Subsequently, I received a call from someone claiming to be from Robinhood but couldn't confirm the details before being disconnected. When I tried accessing the Robinhood app again, I found myself locked out. I urgently need to determine if the funds are intact in his account to cover funeral expenses. I have all necessary documentation, including his death certificate, to facilitate the process. I have been unable to access my Robinhood account for over a week despite multiple attempts to reset my password. I have received numerous case IDs, but no resolution. Even though I receive emails acknowledging my requests, I never receive the reset password link. I am requesting someone from Robinhood to contact me via phone or text to address this issue. If necessary, I am considering closing my account and requesting an electronic transfer to my bank, which is the same bank I used to open the account. However, I am unsure if my request via email would be processed in a timely manner. The inability to access my account is causing me to lose money due to being unable to trade. I am experiencing difficulty logging in to my Robinhood account due to past fraudulent activity. I have contacted Robinhood several times with no response regarding my locked account [redacted]. I have not received any password reset emails after numerous attempts. I have submitted photos of my driver's license (submission ID GYZM-5CVU) as requested. Despite confirming my email address, I am still unable to access my account. As an elderly disabled woman with limited income, I recently had to sell my stocks on Robinhood due to financial challenges caused by the pandemic. My intention was not to completely liquidate my investments, but I needed the funds to pay bills. I was looking to keep at least $1.00 invested in each stock, but Robinhood did not allow me to do so. My Robinhood account has been compromised, and I am currently unable to access it to recover my funds. The hackers altered the phone number linked to my account, meaning that when I attempt to log in, the verification code is sent to the incorrect phone number, preventing me from gaining access. Subsequently, the hackers made an attempt to withdraw $[redacted] from my Bank of America savings account, which is linked to my Robinhood account. Thankfully, I noticed the pending transaction through my Bank of America app, reported the fraudulent activity, halted the withdrawal, and froze my savings account. Despite reaching out to Robinhood over a week ago, I have not received any meaningful assistance aside from a generic email suggesting changes to my account settings. I have been having trouble accessing my account on Robinhood for weeks. Despite reaching out multiple times via email for assistance, I have only been told it may be a password issue. Promised emails with instructions on resetting my password have not been received, leaving me feeling extremely frustrated. It seems impossible to speak to a real person for help. I recently got a help document titled "Updating Your Notification Settings" but got stuck on the first step - finding the Account icon on the screen. The instructions don't specify which screen to start from, making it impossible to proceed. I am growing increasingly upset with the lack of a clear solution to this problem. I deposited $[redacted] into Robinhood to trade cryptocurrency. Unfortunately, my account got restricted. I was asked to submit a selfie with a "c" hand sign and a picture of my driver's license. Although my selfie was accepted, the system kept rejecting my driver's license photo, claiming it couldn't read it correctly. I tried multiple times with clear images showing all corners of my license. Despite my requests to speak with someone, I was ignored. I requested to close my account and get a refund, but they insisted on a proper driver's license photo. I even tried sending my passport picture page, but they couldn't verify it. The customer service experience with Robinhood has been frustrating. I feel like my money is being held unfairly. I'm planning to file complaints with FINRA, the SEC, and the Florida Attorney General. I'll share my email for follow-up, but I prefer to talk to a real person.

About a month and a half ago, my home was burglarized, and among the stolen items was my Robinhood credit card. Although Robinhood has replaced the card, the thieves also took a notepad where I had written down my Robinhood user ID and password. Consequently, I am unable to access my Robinhood account. Although I receive a popup instructing me to change my password, I am unable to do so despite numerous attempts. I created an account yesterday morning and transferred $25,[redacted]. Only $1,[redacted] was applied, with the rest to follow next week. I recently received an email about a canceled limit order for 43 shares of BROS. I am now unable to access my account to address this issue as I can't receive the six-digit login code on my analog house phone. I'm trying to withdraw the $25,[redacted] back to my bank account due to these complications. Unfortunately, it seems the canceled transaction cannot be undone. I believe it would be best to return my money under these circumstances as I cannot navigate the situation without access to my account.

I recently got a new phone and am facing issues accessing my Robinhood account because I need to update my phone number for security verification. Despite uploaded numerous ID photos to verify my identity, the support team keeps rejecting them citing issues like my face being covered or the ID being blurry. I am frustrated because no one answers the phone, only voicemail. I have sent two emails about a trade issue with Robinhood. I am seeking assistance as my apartment was recently robbed, and all my personal information was stolen, including my email address and Social Security number. I recently discovered that someone is misusing my identity on the Robinhood website. I have been receiving emails regarding an account under my name, associated with an email ending in [redacted]. It's important to note that I don't have any bank accounts or cards ending in [redacted]. There have been suspicious activities involving my identity, such as attempts to collect tax returns. I need to know which bank is linked to this account so that I can inform them about the fraudulent use of my identity. One of the emails I received from Robinhood discusses a reversed transfer and highlights a deposit made from a bank account ending in [redacted]. This situation is concerning and needs to be addressed promptly to protect my identity and finances.

I recently received a notification from Robinhood, sadly informing me that my account is no longer supported on their platform. I am unable to purchase stocks there anymore. Despite reaching out to them multiple times via email for clarification, they have only mentioned that their decision is irreversible. I am left with the choice to sell my stocks and transfer the funds to my bank account or move my entire stock portfolio to another platform, selling off any partial shares and cryptocurrencies I have.
