I would like to speak with a representative at Robinhood. I have OCD and I mentioned this during my chat conversation. After being connected to another person, I was asked to fill out a form to join for $1 before speaking with them, with the option to cancel. If any members of the Robinhood team, including the CEO and board members, have OCD, they would appreciate my situation. I am looking to understand more about the platform over the phone before deciding to join and pay. I prefer not to receive emails regarding this matter. I am struggling to find a contact number for Robinhood, so I am leaving my number here, [redacted], in hopes that someone from Robinhood will reach out to me. I have a disability, OCD, and hope to receive a call from Robinhood soon. I have also shared this message on Robinhood's Twitter page to ensure my request is seen. It would be greatly appreciated if this message could be forwarded to a supervisor at Robinhood.

On Monday, May 6, I encountered an issue while logging into my Robinhood app on my tablet. After noticing that I was logged out, I attempted to log in through the website on my PC where I found some concerning discrepancies in my account. Almost all my positions had been sold on April 30, and there were failed withdrawal attempts via Apple Pay. Moreover, I discovered that my email and phone number were changed to unfamiliar ones, indicating that my account had been hacked. Distressed, I urgently sought Robinhood's support but was dismayed to find no available phone number for assistance. In a desperate attempt to protect my funds, I repurchased stocks to stall any further potential transfers by the hacker. However, my efforts to regain control by rectifying my contact information were futile as I needed access to an email linked to the hacker. Despite my numerous emails to Robinhood, I only received one response acknowledging the escalation of my case to a higher department. I'm now unable to access my own account and I am seeking assistance to resolve this disturbing situation.

Regarding the Robinhood account of my late husband, I have been in contact with their support team and gathered all required documentation as the executor of his estate. After reaching out to my account representative with the documents, there has been no response for almost three weeks, despite their initial responsiveness. Despite multiple requests and providing the CASE ID # [redacted]1 in each message, I have not received any reply beyond automated responses indicating a 1-3 day wait time. This lack of communication is causing me distress, and I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly with Robinhood.

I transferred money from my Robinhood account to my bank, Ent Credit Union in Colorado, over a month ago. Unfortunately, the funds have not arrived yet, and Ent mentioned that Robinhood might have restricted them from accessing the funds. I need my money urgently and have struggled to reach anyone at Robinhood for assistance. This is my third request. I am seeking assistance to have a restriction on my account lifted. The restriction appears to be in place due to a past transaction cancellation between my bank and Robinhood. Despite receiving repeated error messages from Robinhood during the attempted transfer, the transactions were debited from my bank account. As a result, my account is now restricted, preventing me from making any changes or accessing my funds. I have been attempting to resolve this matter for several days. I have not been able to locate the "Take Photo Now" feature on the app, and phone support has been inaccessible. Despite reaching out for help three times, I have yet to receive a response. Hello, I had an unexpected reversal of $[redacted] while trying to close some positions in the crypto market. Despite attempting to resolve this issue and being informed erroneously that I couldn't close positions to pay off the amount owed, I had already settled some positions to make payments. Subsequently, I was informed that the amount due had escalated to over $[redacted], exacerbating the situation. Despite my efforts to contact customer support for assistance, the responses have been unhelpful and automated, except for one recent interaction where I was asked to pay $[redacted] on top of the $[redacted] owed. This delay and lack of clarity have put my savings at risk, with a looming deadline for my positions to be forcefully closed. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am seeking urgent assistance to rectify this issue.

I am having trouble accessing my account as it seems that someone has hacked into my phone and emails. They were also targeting my husband's account who passed away 7 months ago. I have reached out multiple times via email but have not received any responses. I have submitted the necessary documents through an officer for verification. I'm experiencing a serious problem with logging into my account. Despite numerous attempts yesterday, I was unable to receive the email necessary to reset my account due to a typo in the email address linked to my account. The correct email should be [redacted], not [redacted] I was informed that the email would be corrected to the accurate one, but I am unsure of the status. Even after creating the incorrect email address to test, I did not receive any emails. I cannot remember my login password and am unable to change it. This has left me locked out of the app where $[redacted] of my funds are stored. I usually accessed the Robinhood app using only my phone's 6-digit passcode. I accidentally logged out yesterday for the first time, requiring the email correction and password reset to regain access. It has been a frustrating and challenging experience, as I am currently unable to access my own funds due to this issue.

I just found out that Robinhood has limited my account stating that my driver's license is damaged. I have re-uploaded my driver's license to prove it is the same one they initially accepted. I am currently stranded at a gas station without access to my funds through the ATM or debit transaction at the pump. I urgently need them to remove the restrictions on my account so I can access my money.

I urgently need to speak with a customer service representative as there seems to be an issue with my instant deposits on Robinhood. Despite receiving confirmation from Robinhood that funds were received, they are now claiming my deposit is on hold due to insufficient funds in my account. This is unacceptable, especially since my bank has confirmed the withdrawal of the funds. It is frustrating to be penalized for an error that is not on my end. Despite using the authentication apps, I have followed the directions, and my phone with the number [redacted] does not recover anything. I am unable to generate on the authentication apps as I can't scan for the RF chip thing because my screen is on the authenticator. Even when I try to start at the authenticator, I overlooked my message records, and there is nothing there. I don't have the wrong number, and someone, not me, from a different device, logged me out. I believe that the people stealing my identity may have accessed my Robinhood account. I am unable to receive your texts, scroll down, and hit the account button because you have not provided me a way to receive texts. I received a verifying email, followed the link, and it simply rerouted me to the same instructions, asking me to sign in but not letting me sign in. Please, close my account. I have sent you five letters asking you to close my account. Please remove my information, return my money to my bank, sell my stocks, give me the money, and ensure that my PIN is correct, even though your system is not recognizing it. I tried variations of my PIN, but your system is not accepting them, effectively denying me access to my account. Additionally, please disable auto-pays from my bank.

There was a miscommunication regarding a bank transfer to Robinhood labeled as fraud in early [redacted]. Despite the mix-up, Bitcoin was purchased with the funds before they were sent back to the bank. Since the value of Bitcoin decreased, Robinhood did not sell the holdings. Upon checking the account later, there was a deficit of approximately ($[redacted]) along with over $5,[redacted] in Bitcoin. To cover the deficit, some Bitcoin was sold while the rest was sold as the price dropped. Despite being informed via email that the account is permanently restricted and scheduled for closure with funds to be deposited back, no changes have occurred after waiting 7 or 8 weeks. A credit balance of $4,[redacted] remains inaccessible.
