I did not authorize any withdrawals from my bank account. I wanted to withdraw $[redacted] from my profit with Riot Chain, with $[redacted] going to my bank account. I never gave Robinhood permission to withdraw any money. I purchased 26 shares of Riot Chain at $3.81 per share, but I only see 5 shares now. I want my shares and funds secure as they should cover the share cost. Please clarify this situation and ensure no withdrawals are made from my Chime Bank or any other associated account. My account had a negative balance of around $8. I would prefer to not have the option for a negative balance. For the last three days, my debit card has been restricted, and I cannot access funds to resolve the negative balance or even buy food. I urgently need my card restrictions lifted to pay the balance and be able to get some dinner. Waiting another 1-3 days to address this issue is unacceptable. I am very frustrated and hungry. I have been in contact with your customer service team for over two weeks regarding the theft of my phone, unauthorized activity on my account, and the opening of a Robinhood debit card without my consent. Despite being promised a call, I have yet to receive one, and there is no phone number provided for me to reach out. Feeling dissatisfied with the handling of this situation, I have started seeking legal advice. It is crucial for me to have all the money taken returned. Even after being informed of the issue, $[redacted] was transferred to the Robinhood account I no longer have access to, ending in [redacted]. I am greatly disappointed in how this matter has been addressed so far.

Hello, I accidentally logged out of my Robinhood account and forgot my password. I have been using my email '[redacted]' to purchase stocks and receive notifications about my account. I tried to reset my password by clicking on the forgot password link multiple times, but I did not receive any emails. I reached out to customer service after 5 days of no response. After some back and forth, they informed me that my account is actually under the email '[redacted]' and '[redacted]' is my username. They sent the reset password link to '[redacted]', and I was able to log in, but it was not my original account. I explained this to customer service, but it has been almost 2 weeks with no resolution. I am confused about how these two emails are linked and why I cannot access my original stock purchases. I just want to log back into my account.

I applied for a checking account three days ago. I received an email requesting my state identification card front and back. However, I can't download the app because it's not compatible with my device. I attached my driver's license to the email as requested. I am facing issues with Robinhood regarding a deposit made on 3/1. My bank confirms the transaction has been completed for two days, but Robinhood has yet to reflect the deposit. I have been contacting them via email for a week about various problems, such as my options being mistakenly canceled. I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Robinhood account. Initially, I registered using my phone number as my username, subsequently transferring funds from my bank account to purchase dogecoins. However, due to my phone being wiped clean, I now cannot recall my password. Despite attempting to reset it, the system requests an email different from the one I initially provided. Upon endeavoring to establish a new account with the requisite email address and my phone number, a second account was created, disparate from the original since it did not link my SSN. Consequently, I am now unable to access my original account, associated with my SSN and phone number, where I hold investments. I lodged support tickets three days ago, but I have not received a response from Robinhood. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I made an error that may lead to financial troubles. I purchased a coin on Robinhood, but mistakenly thought the transaction wasn't complete when it only took half the money. I tried to buy more on Robinhood for $[redacted], but it didn't work, so I bought the rest on Coinbase. Upon checking, I discovered Robinhood offers a $[redacted] quick purchase option when the bank is linked. As a result, I only bought $[redacted] worth of the coin initially, but later another $[redacted]. I tried to cancel the $[redacted] transaction as I had two transactions totaling $[redacted], but couldn't find the cancel option as instructed. Despite being recent, I couldn't cancel them, and now my bank account is negative $[redacted].00. Need assistance urgently!

Dear Robinhood, I sent an email last night regarding resetting my password but have not received any assistance. The customer service phone number only has a voicemail message, and the machine does not record messages. Can you please provide me with the correct contact information? I am experiencing issues with my Robinhood account. Recently, I changed my password successfully, but upon trying to log in with the new password, it was deemed incorrect. To proceed, I reverted to my old password and underwent identity verification through a text code. Despite successfully verifying multiple times, I consistently receive a prompt to reset my password for security measures. I am currently attempting to update the phone number linked to my Robinhood account. The Robinhood support team and the app are prompting me to log in for "more personalized assistance." Unfortunately, I am unable to log in because the verification code is being sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I linked my bank account for a transfer, but encountered an error message stating my account is restricted with Robinhood. I need this restriction removed to transfer funds to my bank. I have confirmed with my bank that there are no blocks on the transfer. I reached out to Robinhood via the app on 03/04/[redacted] and 03/06/[redacted] but only received auto-replies, mentioning 1-3 days for a response which has passed. I need clarification on why my account is restricted and why I can only add one account. I need to communicate with someone to resolve this issue promptly.

Good afternoon Robinhood team, I did not authorize payments made to this merchant. I suspect my ex-boyfriend, OG, has been taking money from my bank account. I have informed Bank of America about the issue. On March 11, [redacted], I noticed two unauthorized charges: $7.00 and $20.00. Today, March 18, [redacted], there were additional charges of $25.00 and $20.00. Thankfully, my bank blocked the charges made today. To resolve the $20 and $7 charges, already processed, I was advised to contact the Robinhood team for a refund. I am extremely upset by this situation and request an immediate refund. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone and when I tried to log into Robinhood, it asked me to verify with a code. Since my number has changed, I clicked on "I don't have this phone anymore" which led me to contact their support. After emailing them, it took 3 days to get a reply requesting my license picture and new number for verification. I provided all the information, but it's been over a week and a half with no response. I'm frustrated as I have stocks to monitor and the only way to reach them is through email, which seems unresponsive. My old number was [redacted], and my new one is [redacted]. I want to address the fact that my account was hacked last night through my Apple iTunes. Every single transaction yesterday and last night was fraudulent, from the purchases to the sales. I managed to reset the network on my phone and delete the suspicious app linked to my emails. The hacker was redirecting my discrepancies to another website, which I discovered through my email notifications. This situation is truly terrifying as I witness my money being taken from my bank account. I am in urgent need of assistance. At the moment, I am unable to receive emails as my account is linked to my iPhone. I plan to do a master reset soon. Please review my account activity promptly, as all transactions from yesterday and last night were unauthorized. I did not make any purchases or sales during that time. I experienced three bank reversals totaling $[redacted] with Robinhood. After being told I had a $[redacted] deficit, I used $[redacted] out of my $[redacted] funds to cover it, leaving me with $[redacted]. Robinhood then refunded $[redacted] of the deficit, but the $[redacted] that was supposed to return to my bank account within 3-5 business days never arrived. I addressed this on March 4th and today, on March 23rd, it still hasn't been resolved. As a result, I was overdrawn by $[redacted] and the $[redacted] discrepancy. I settled the negative balances with both Robinhood and my bank, yet Robinhood is unresponsive about the missing funds. I am considering a class action lawsuit as they are not cooperating even though I have evidence from my bank and Robinhood statements.

If I do not hear back today, I will be filing a report with the FTC by the end of the day. Please, contact me urgently as my social security number has been compromised. Someone is using my social security number, and I need to report this fraud promptly. I am not satisfied with the slow progress in resolving this matter. Can you escalate this to your manager for immediate action? I expect a prompt call back.
