Hi, So I accidentally logged out my Robinhood and of course forgot my password to log back in. I attempted several times to log in with my email ‘*****@***.com’ the only email I been using to purchase stocks and receive emails of my stock purchases or changes to the account. I sent the forgot password link. But I received nothing to my email. I attempted ** times! I checked my spam, junk mail, & nothing. I then proceed to email customer service on the issue...no answer for * days finally they write back. After * times of going back and forth verifying some questions. They explained to me that my email to the account is under “*****@***.com” and that “*****@***.com” is my username. And proceeded to send me a forgot password link thru the ‘*****@***.com’. I didn’t understand but I did successfully log in to the ‘*****@***.com account but it was NOT my old account. It seems this account was an old account that I never finished signing up for and I did not have ANY of my original stock purchases. Of course I attempted to explain this to customer service and now it’s been almost * weeks with no reply or nor answer from Robinhood. I just need an explanation on how the two emails are supposedly linked to the same account? And if that’s the case how come when I log into ‘*****@***.com’ I don’t see any of my stocks and when I try to attempt to log in using ‘*****@***.com with the same password I used the other email with, it tells me password incorrect. These two emails have to be separate accounts to Robinhood or I would be able to see all my original feed. Please help! All I wanna do is log back into my account.
