I recently changed my phone number and device and now I can't log in to my Robinhood account on the new phone since they no longer offer email verification and the SMS code is being sent to my old number which I no longer have. This seems like an oversight on Robinhood's part. My new phone number is +49 (0)[redacted]7. I really need to access my account on this new phone.

I recently opened a Robinhood account and initially funded it with $[redacted]. Later on, I set up two transfers, one for $[redacted] and the other for $[redacted] on December 7th. Upon using the platform, I found it to be lacking compared to others like Fidelity, E-trade, or TD. Today, I've been attempting to access my account since 8 am EST but have been unsuccessful. Every time I enter my email, password, and verification code, the login times out before I can submit the code. I've made over 20 attempts now with the same result. I've reached out to customer service but have not had a resolution. All I want is to close my account and transfer my remaining funds back to my bank. My experience with Robinhood has been disappointing, and I advise others to avoid using it as it seems difficult to retrieve your funds once they are in the account.

I accidentally triggered the pattern day trading rule when I made some transactions in my account. I received an email confirming my status as a pattern day trader, and I have positions that I need to sell soon. However, I don't have the $25,[redacted] required to maintain this status. I urgently need to sell my contracts to access my funds for personal reasons. I am having trouble accessing my account. When I attempt to sign in, it prompts for a verification code to be sent via text or email. However, when I select email, it states that email verification is no longer supported. Opting for text does not result in receiving the code. My phone is working fine, but I am unable to get the code via email despite requesting it. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to customer support as the system directs me to log in, which I am unable to do.

I had my phone in my pocket and accidentally pressed some buttons, leading to an upgrade to a gold membership without realizing the consequences. I only noticed a discrepancy in my investment amount when I checked my home screen. Despite depositing and confirming funds, the money was transferred out of my checking account improperly. I would like to revert back to my previous membership status and have my initial investment amount of $1,[redacted] returned. I can provide evidence from my bank statements and Robinhood app history to support my claim. Please review our agreement and rectify the situation promptly by returning my funds and canceling my gold membership. I have a Robinhood account on my iPhone. I recently bought a new phone and I am unable to sign in because I can't verify my identity. I have tried to receive the verification code via phone and email, but both methods are not working. Even after requesting the code to be sent to my cell phone multiple times, I have not received anything. The email option does not work and keeps asking for an SMS code to be sent to my phone, which is also not working. I just need to regain access to my account. Please assist me with this issue.

My account is currently restricted, even though I paid the reversed charges that were not my fault. I had made a deposit, then another one which resulted in the restriction. I am aware of the swipe-up feature, but I only used it once. Today, I lost thousands of dollars because the app didn't allow me to sell some contracts with AMPE, resulting in a $[redacted] loss. I am extremely upset as even though I sold one contract for $[redacted] earlier, the restriction was not lifted. Please address this issue promptly as my savings are at stake, and not having access to my accounts is very troubling for me.

Hello, I am seeking assistance. I am a military member who used some deployment funds to invest through Robinhood. Initially, I signed up using a Kuwait-based phone number. After returning to the US following the end of my deployment, I can no longer access my Robinhood account due to the Kuwaiti SIM card not working here. I've experienced a concerning issue with Robinhood regarding the delisting of Livongo shares. After the delisting, I did not receive credit for my remaining shares, yet I am still receiving dividends for these outstanding shares. I recently tried to log in but couldn't. Being 82, I'm not very tech-savvy. Changing my password didn't work as I need a verification code, and I don't recall the phone number on my account. I have a landline ([redacted]) and a cell ([redacted]). If you text me the code, I'm unsure how to access it on my phone. I feel frustrated as I use Robinhood to invest my money. I sold some stocks this morning, and the money ended up in my brokerage account, preventing me from buying crypto. Despite being new to this, after an hour of searching, I figured out the issue when the brokerage responded to my emails around 36 hours later. Today, after selling $[redacted] in crypto, I realized all the funds went back into the brokerage account, locked up for three trading days, which feels more like a week. I can't use the money for crypto or withdraw it during this time, possibly allowing the brokerage to earn interest on it. The only reason I'm staying on this app was the crypto I previously purchased, but now that's no longer enough to keep me interested. I plan to sell my stocks tomorrow and explore other platforms instead.

Early this morning, the website requested me to verify my account. When I tried to do so by clicking on the verification link sent through text, I received an error message stating, "Sorry, we are unable to open an account." I want to clarify that I was not attempting to open a new account but am having trouble accessing my existing one. Although I did have issues opening a separate account in August, I resolved it over the phone and successfully accessed my account. However, currently, I keep being redirected to the August error page whenever I try to log in. Even after following the instructions to change my password, the issue persists, and I am unable to access my account. My name is Mark H., and the last four digits of my SSN are [redacted]. When I tried to log in the other morning, it prompted me to send a text to verify my account. After verifying, I was met with a message saying they couldn't open another account. This same issue occurred last August when I attempted to open a separate account. Despite resolving it then, the problem has resurfaced, repeatedly redirecting me to that same page. When reaching out to Robinhood, they suggest resetting my password, but even after doing so, the problem persists. With a substantial amount of funds in my account, it is crucial that I regain access. The cycle of resetting the password only leads me back to the same unhelpful pages prompting for pins and denying me access. I urgently require access to my active account.
