I tried to place an order on ********* about *:**pm. My order totaled $***.**. They wanted me to update the status of my address and new payment method which was a Visa card. They said, they had trouble processing the order, I closed out the order form. I checked my email, and did not see any confirmation of the order, and just thought it did not go through. * I checked my online banking account, and was totally disgusted to find out, that there must have been a glitch in your website because your company charged me $***.** four different times! I am now overdrafted —$***.** in my account, and not happy about the mistake your company made!**I have a disabled husband at home, and I have to pick up his medication on Thursday *******, as well as take him to therapy, and his pain management doctor... And I must get this money reimbursed in order to do so...*I demand that this order and the mistakes Roaman’s made with my account, and credit card be reimbursed! I tried to call as soon as it happened, and your recording said, the department was closed until morning...**I will be calling my bank in the morning, and expect this dispute to be resolved on your end...*I cannot wait a week or two for this to be reversed!
