My husband and daughter were scheduled to stay at the Ritz in New Orleans on ******** - ********. On ******** my husband came down with the stomach flu so they had to cancel the trip at the last minute. We were charged for one night because of the late cancellation. They plan on rescheduling the trip in May and were planning on staying at the Ritz. When I called today to see if we could get a credit for a future stay or a refund we were told that the Ritz wouldn't do this. We would like to get a credit for a future stay in May. If we can't a credit we will chose a different hotel.
GetHuman-mfreking did not yet indicate what Ritz-Carlton should do to make this right.
