Hello, my name is Lola. I'm 21 years old and I play this game daily. I've never been banned in any game before and have always been a good sport. I recently received bans from voice/text chat and ranked queue during a competitive match. This happened after dealing with toxic enemies in a previous game. My in-game name is Lola#yeet, and I had a text exchange with two players from the opposing team. They made inappropriate comments, including asking for my Instagram to send explicit photos. I may have retaliated with a comment about their ego. Subsequently, I was reported by five players and received a ban. I'm puzzled why I was punished for defending myself against harassment. I believe this type of behavior should be addressed. I'm curious to know the content of the reports that led to my ban and how I can prevent this in the future. I've had mostly positive experiences playing until now, despite occasional toxicity. As a female player, this was the first time I faced such disrespectful behavior. Unfortunately, I was permanently banned after a two-week ban for calling out a troll in my game. I simply asked my teammates to report the troll who had ruined our match from the start. I submitted a ticket, but Riot only provided chat logs as evidence. I am frustrated by this unjust decision and feel like uninstalling all Riot games. This situation is unfair, and I hope Riot can reconsider the ban.

I recently attempted to purchase RP with $35, but ended up spending $98. The $35 transaction failed, so I tried purchasing $20 RP, which was successful. However, despite $98 being deducted from my account, I only received RP worth $20. I lost $77 without receiving the corresponding RP. I want this issue resolved as I don't want to lose $76 due to a service error. Please assist me in resolving this problem promptly.

I would like to address an important issue with Wild Rift regarding the limited champion pool. Currently, there is a noticeable lack of champion variety, with only a few champions represented from various regions. For example, there are only 5 champions from Demacia, 3 from Noxus, and none from the Shadow Isles. It seems like champion selection was based on initial releases rather than popularity or community preferences. It would have been beneficial to involve the community in a poll to decide which champions to include based on their impact on the meta. Instead, we see champions like Yasuo dominate while others are overshadowed. Adding more champions, like Irelia in the upcoming patch 2.3, may not align with what the community desires.

A few months back, my account was compromised, and the email address got changed to one I can't access. I kept playing until this week when I discovered my account was banned. I assure you I didn't cheat or violate any rules. The account, used for Valorant through Riot, holds many hours of progress and around $[redacted] in it. My assumption is the ban might be related to the hacker changing the account location, which triggered the ban when I played on the wrong server. I'm uncertain. I don't understand why I have been banned. During a game where I faced harassment, I called someone an idiot three times, and now I'm suspended for two weeks. This feels unreasonable since I have been playing for 10 years without any issues. I only reacted to the harassment, I don't initiate conflicts. It's frustrating to be punished for standing up against clear harassment. The current approach seems childish and exhausting. In a world where inappropriate language is taking lightly, being penalized for a simple response seems unfair. I am upset that my account, which I have invested a lot of time and money into, is being restricted. I haven't violated any rules and I request an immediate reversal of the ban.

I am currently facing an issue with my Valorant account. It seems that my account has been compromised, and all the information has been changed by an unknown hacker. I have already submitted a support ticket to Riot, but I am still waiting for a response. Despite trying to contact their customer service over the phone, I have been unable to reach them as their office hours are limited. Upon discussing the matter with my cousins, we discovered that the name on my account has been altered to a Russian word "долбоеб," which is offensive. I am not a toxic player and unsure why this has happened. I have attempted to reset my password and username, but no email has been sent, indicating that the email address may have also been changed by the hacker. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed as I prefer not to create a new account.

I have been banned from playing ranked unjustly. I received a ban for 13 days. I have invested a lot of time in playing Valorant. Sometimes I encounter uncooperative teammates who go AFK or troll, which can be frustrating and lead me to express my frustration. During this challenging time in my life, playing ranked in Valorant has been my outlet. I kindly request to be unbanned so I can participate in ranked games again and improve my account before the season ends. I assure you that I have reflected on my behavior and will refrain from flaming others due to their actions. I am 23 years old and understand the importance of sportsmanship. The stress of dealing with AFK teammates or trolls can be overwhelming, but I am committed to controlling my reactions. I spend a lot of time playing games to level up, and one day while I was playing, players from the opposing team started to trash talk me. In the heat of the moment, I used inappropriate language and mentioned my race in an attempt to defend myself. Unfortunately, my own team and the enemy team ended up reporting me a total of 7 times. This kind of situation has occurred around 8 times before, but it seems like Riot Games is not taking any action against the other players involved and is only punishing me. After recently being suspended from communication for 2 weeks, I received no explanation or support from Riot regarding this issue.

My account has been permanently banned, and I can provide evidence that I did not personally use any third-party plugins. I traveled from Los Angeles on April 30 and returned on August 14 without playing any games or utilizing third-party plugins during that time. However, a friend played a lot of TFT on my account to help me earn tokens from a pass. He recently admitted to using third-party plugins without my knowledge. I am seeking to have my ban lifted, as League of Legends is a significant part of my life as an international exchange student. I am the top laner for my college team and rely on the game for a scholarship. Please consider removing my ban, as it has impacted me for nearly two years. Hello, I am reaching out to express my sincere apologies. I was permanently banned on my League of Legends account "Jung1er Main" due to inappropriate chat logs and the use of offensive language. I have reflected on my behavior, and since then, I have created multiple new accounts with positive chat logs, aside from occasional outbursts of frustration. I would like to request one of two things: either to have my account unbanned, or alternatively, to transfer my skins and the equivalent Blue Essence spent on champions to another account. I understand if this is not possible, but I hope to demonstrate my improved conduct by allowing you to review the chat logs of my other accounts - SlicedFinger, B34R Sauce, and HaggisIsSoBad (all on EUW server). I recently received a 3-day chat restriction followed by a 7-day chat restriction for minor infractions. Meanwhile, there are blatantly racist and toxic players in the game who go unpunished, whereas I get banned for engaging in discussions. I respectfully request for my 7-day chat ban to be lifted and for my honor status to be reinstated. I believe the report system lacks fairness and consistency in addressing such issues.

I am requesting a review of my recent 14-day ban in League of Legends by Riot. During the game that led to the ban, the jungler on my team was verbally abusive towards me without cause, which affected my gameplay. Despite feeling upset, I did not give up or intentionally feed the enemy team. My in-game performance was not subpar as my damage output was even higher than the jungler's. Hello, I am really enjoying playing Valorant as a new player. The game is fast-paced and the mechanics are fantastic. Unfortunately, I have encountered internet issues which sometimes force me to disconnect or leave the game abruptly, resulting in a week-long ban. I understand the impact of this on other players but occasionally I have to attend to other responsibilities like my tutor's arrival. I was hoping to request the ban to be lifted just for the upcoming weekend so I can join my friends for a game. We are all students in sixth form studying A levels. If it's not feasible to lift the ban, that's okay too.

I have recently been banned unjustly. During my last match, I was engaging positively with my team and engaging in light banter with the opposing team. Some players on either side of the match abused the report system to unfairly target me for a ban. I am aware of the ban escalation process and feel this permanent ban is unwarranted. I kindly request a review of the chat logs to confirm my behavior did not violate any terms. I understand my previous bans were due to toxic behavior, but for this ban, I believe it should be overturned.
