I got permanently banned because someone hacked me and used my account and a third party. When I had proof of the hacking, I fixed it, I had hoped and messaged customer support to let them know and get some help so this didn't happen again. They ignored me and about * weeks later I got the ban. I mean really? I spent so much time and money on my account and I lost it because of a hack and I get punished for it even when I asked for help. I had heard that riot is unfair to the innocent on these matters, but I didn't think I'd be at the end of something that was out of my hands...because someone hacked me and no one would help me. So, I'd like someone to give me a chance to show what I found or actually do the work to prove I was hacked that I'm told you have the power to do. Seriously! I spent so much time on my account, I dont want to lose it because someone hacked me, and you guys refused to help me.
